Went to Ilocos Norte again but before heading to our destination, our friend said that there's a new food house called Pah Ramen in Balatong, Laoag. We then agreed to try it and we all enjoyed the ramen, the california maki, baby back ribs and the cucumber juice. It was a sumptuous lunch!
