Found this 'Banana Ube' recipe last night in YT. It looks easy and tasty and so today, I have re-created my own version using condensed milk, bananas and flour plus bread crumbs on the outside. The taste passed my mother's taste buds and so I made more for our afternoon snacks and for sale at the store. So far, so good!

I failed to take a nap this afternoon because we went to school for my daughter's grad pic. It's their first and last meet and greet with their teacher and classmates. They were shy at first but after a while, they got along and played at the classroom. I just hope that next school year, they will already have the chance to learn and play at school. It was unexpected to see another gorgeous sunset today because it was too gloomy that it even drizzled earlier. This lady in front of me was busy chasing sunset like me and then I took this opportunity to include her in my subject using this leaf that I picked nearby 😊. Last night, me and my mother watched an interview in a YT Channel (Supreme TV) - Confessions of a Business Owner. It was such a heartwarming, inspiring and motivating talk. Have you ever wondered why the sea water is salty? 1. Many people have peed on them, or 2. Many brokenhearted and happy people have cried their heart out while catching the waves. Kidding aside, I don't mind how the sea water tastes. All I know is that the splash of waves are soothing and calming, relaxing, and recharging, and definitely gives a happy feeling.

I Got Vaccinated! This morning, my sister informed me that she was scheduled for Johnson & Johnson vaccine and so I immediately ask if I can go with her and get vaccinated too.
