Found this 'Banana Ube' recipe last night in YT. It looks easy and tasty and so today, I have re-created my own version using condensed milk, bananas and flour plus bread crumbs on the outside. The taste passed my mother's taste buds and so I made more for our afternoon snacks and for sale at the store. So far, so good!
