The developments on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain never cease to amaze me, and knowing the enthusiasm of many developers working on the network to make it secure, private and highly appreciable, it has certainly continued to reach milestones.
This time it was the team of the famous Electroncash a non-custodial wallet that presents a prototype that will allow Bitcoin Cash addresses to be 'masked' when making a payment on the network, whether making payments, donations, investments etc. This technology may not seem very impactful at the moment, but I say for sure it's a big step forward in the fight for privacy on the Bitcoin Cash network.

What is RPA technology
RPA stands for 'reusable payment addresses' and was already being used for example, in private currencies such Monero
, in the end it allows people who value their privacy and don't like to be tracked, either by hackers or even tools used by the government or analytics companies, to have a peace of mind when making a payment on the network anonymous, after all everyone has the right to privacy to use their funds.
The technology, which for now is only available in the electroncash wallet, allows that every time someone uses the network to make payments, the public key generate a new 'receiver address', that is, whenever you make some type of payment using the 'reusable payment address
' the 'card address' will be different. That will allow both, the receiver and sender to do it privately, no one will know how much the same person has stored in his wallet. It may seem trivial, but there are many people who like to interact on the network but also like their privacy and there are also many people who like to snoop on other people's finances, which in a way is uncomfortable for those who do not like this intrusion.
There is no way for the recipient or even anyone else to realize how much that wallet which made the payment contains it will be anonymous, as in addition to the place constantly changing and reusing another one, the key of the wallet is also shuffled, not allowing anyone to be, it is good intentioned or no, know how much the wallet holds.
'the recipient using RPA will use the technology to change the public key to a payable card address, and the sender who use the address to send the Payment will make it anonymously, without compromising their privacy. Each time the address receive or the sender pays the card address will change not allowing anyone to track it'...
A step towards greater privacy on the network
Privacy in the Bitcoin Cash blockchain network was already being enhaced by cashfusion services and with this development it is further improved.
In recent times, privacy is highly contested in various parts of the world, being 'tracked' by hackers or government agencies, the latter often violating man's basic right by intruding on other people's affairs without permission. Much of the privacy that man has today is compromised & the responsable for it, are companies working for the state, telecommunications and appliance companies, government intelligence services, blockchain analytics firms that have been doing that for years. They track privacy and monitor all the aspects which are part of their citizens.
The thing is that many of us don't care about privacy or make light of it, but realize the day that he has to be accountable when discover that all his private movements have been violently monitored that he's practically on 'public auction' and has no how to defend himself!
Privacy matters
The reusable payment address (RPA) technology increases privacy (along with cashfusion) in the Bitcoin Cash network and allows an interaction of many people interested in private movements to actively participate in it, both to make anonymous donations, payment without needing to be tracked or even making investments without having to demonstrate the 'wallet amount' or to be anonymous. At the moment it is only integrated in Electroncash and soon will be able in more Bitcoin Cash wallets, which would be very nice as users could choose between private or public transactions, increasing the freedom of decision and choice on the network.
Privacy and anyone who says otherwise is badly wrong.
'Imagine the scenario where you live with your children and wife and all the experience between you is private, what you do, how you do it, and why you do things is up to you. Now imagine this scenario from another angle: everything you do, how you do it, and why you do it, everyone has access and can see it! Would that be nice?! Of course not, the user has to allow their life to be exposed otherwise it would be a violation of privacy.
This was a real-life example, but here in the case it is about private transactions, where the user has to choose whether or not to show as specified to safeguard and enhance privacy.
Bitcoin Cash always improving for the good development of currency in the world, after all, privacy matters!
