Forgiveness is not all about the people that causes you pain but also it is also a way of being free with all of your baggage. I mean it makes you live freely. It's so hard to live when you have a heart with anger. I know its hard its depends on how deep was the pain causes you but always seek some help on our Lord.

Sometimes forgiving helps us to less stress. It's make ur mind peacefull. Less of thinking. But there's a saying and I agree with it that We can forgive but we don't forget it.
