There's a time in our life where we worry too much about the things that are happening and what is happening. It affects us to the point that we can no longer function properly as a human beings because we kept thinking of it.

In this article, let us all try to be reminded that it's okay and I'll explain why it's going to be okay.

Allow Yourself To Be A Beginner

There is no shortcut in life. Your willingness to become something great in a short period will make you feel burnout in the long run. Do not be too harsh on yourself when you make mistakes especially when you're just starting. Remember, you are a Beginner. Do not be insecure about what others have accomplished in life. You have your own time and it is up to you to whether learn from your mistakes or not. Just allow yourself to be a beginner.

Don't Starve Yourself While Achieving Your Dream Body

It is currently the holiday season and I know some of us especially the body-conscious are worrying about our weight. It's okay to worry about it but do not be too hard on yourself. Let me remind you that it is okay to eat breakfast after having a heavy meal last dinner. Your cheat day isn't going to hurt you. What will make you feel hurt is the fact that you are ignoring the fact that your body needs food. You can always achieve your dream body without starving yourself.

Take Working Out Easy, You Are Not Going To Grow Muscles In Just One Day

As I've mentioned, it is the holiday season and most of the gym-goers are already back on their playgrounds. I just want to say to continue where you ended/left. Do not go too fast on yourself, take it easy because you aren't going to regain all your muscles and strength back in just a day.

It Is Okay To Feel Lonely

To feel lonely sometimes is a blessing in disguise. It is the time where we discover something for ourselves. This is where we have realizations to ourselves on what are the things that will make us happy. So, it is okay to feel lonely because we get to discover in ourselves.

It Is Okay To Do Things On Your Own

Sometimes, doing things on our own makes us feel different emotions. Sometimes we get frustrated when we don't get it easily and sometimes it is very much fulfilling when we do it on our own without the help of anyone. This is just a reminder that we can still do things on our own but we shouldn't be afraid to ask for help from others.

Do Not Be Afraid To Ask For Help

We are just humans, we cannot do all the things on our own. There will be a point where we are going to ask for help and it's okay. Some of us may feel that we owe the person after helping us but it's up to them if they will ask something in return. What matters the most is we thank them and be grateful for their help.

Alone But Not Lonely

This line is so cliché already since this has been said by many people but it is possible to be alone and not feel lonely. Do not put yourself in a situation where you will depend on your happiness to other people, try to be happy on your own. Some people are surrounded by their friends but may still feel lonely and their people are alone but are not lonely. This isn't a way to make those people feel bad about themselves but to make them realize that they should be their own company.

It's Okay To Not Consider Your Family As Family

Sometimes we may not like our family members and it's okay. We cannot force ourselves to like them even if they are already being toxic. And blood relation between family members shouldn't be a basis just to consider them as family. I am not saying to neglect them but I know some of us to feel sometimes that we should love them just because they are family. We can hate our family too and that is totally fine. We are just human being that feels different emotions and moods in our lifetime.

Final thoughts...

I hope this will somehow give you light in the darkest times where you worry too much. You can always disregard the things that I've said. It is only to enlighten you but not to be forcefully bought by the statements. It is still up to you whether you will accept it or now.

Eto talaga tumatak sa'ken, mamsh eh. "Alone But Not Lonely" and "It's Okay To Not Consider Your Family As Family."

Most of the time, I just want to be alone. Not totally alone ah, 'yun bang mag-isa lang ako sa isang lugar like sa kwarto. Doing random things but not lonely, at all. Tamang enjoy lang sa pag-iisa ba. Kasi madalas, we found more peacefulness upon being alone. And, yeah. Kapag toxic na sa family, eliminate na sa buhay. Well, good terms kami ng fam namin. Pero sa relatives ni Mama like Aunts? Nope, I can't even take to call them Lola na nga eh or even their names. Kasi kaumay talaga sila, since I heard them said awful words to Mama? Ekis kaagad and my respect to them? It starts to deteriorate that time hanggang sa parang wala na nga ay. Ang sama or bastos ko ba jan? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Same tayo sis, I also find comfort in my room. Halos most of the time nasa kwarto lang ako kasi mas peaceful and mas nakakapag focus ako sa sarili ko kaysa sa ibang hindi naman important.
