-HINAMISAN- There are different names for this particular snack food. In Tagalog it is called Ginataang Bilo-bilo or Ginataang Halo-halo. But, we simply call this as "𝙃𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙣" (sweetened) in our vernacular. It is composed of root crops like cassava, sweet potato, taro roots, and cooking banana (cardava). On top of that glutinous rice balls are added. Then it is cooked in coconut cream with sugar and pandan leaves or shredded ripe jackfruit (optional) for some aromatic flavor. Now, let's eat while it is still hot. 🥄 (This snack was bought from our regular food seller.) https://noise.app/Vin0 =♤= #VR_Photography #hinamisan #bilo_bilo #halo_halo #minatamis #ginataan #food #Filipinofood
