Offline and Online Teaching Complement Each Other
Education has suffered during the last two-plus years mainly due to tyrannical lockdowns.
The tyranny of pandemic-induced lockdowns is almost over, although some tiny bubbles have been bursting now and then.
Online teaching came forward as help when lockdowns overwhelmed the globe.
Many questions were faced, which are still valid.
Which platform is suitable for online teaching?
Can online teaching replace offline teaching?
What are the pros and cons of online teaching?
Questions can be many.
There are so many advantages of online teaching.
The Internet opened up video communication which is the basic tool for online teaching via the vast network of the Internet.
Before the Internet was invented, there was no possibility of teaching remotely.
Online teaching provides the many advantages.
Students from all over the world can learn from an expert teacher remotely.
Two or more teachers can join in a collaborative teaching session worldwide.
aroundTeachers can interact with each and every student.
If necessary, an admin can also observe how the teaching session goes.
The recorded video teaching sessions can be replayed as often as the admin/students/teachers require.
The recorded videos can be used to evaluate the teachers and the students.
Online teaching can optimize the resources required to run a teaching course.
Online teaching saves the travel expenses of both the teachers and the students.
Online teaching can be customized for the special needs of the students.
The list grows with minimum problems with the improvements of the video conferencing, and dedicated online learning platforms.
Offline teaching can't replace online teaching or vice versa.
Of course, there are some limitations of online teaching that offline and face-to-face teaching can only solve. Real-world interaction is something that will never be possible by communicating online with a microphone/camera.
But online teaching adds tremendous value to the field of education.
That is why online teaching has been practiced even before the so-called COVID pandemic and forced lockdowns.
Therefore, even after the lockdowns are removed, the mode of online teaching will very much remain in the arena of education.
Concluding thoughts
The field of education has many modes of imparting lessons of learning.
Both offline and online teaching will remain.
Neither online teaching can replace offline teaching, nor can offline teaching substitute online teaching.
Both modalities of teaching complement each other.

I have taught both ways, especially teaching online when Covid - 19 hit. There are many obstacles when teaching On-Line due to limited administration, students are not ready for the application or otherwise. I think teaching offline is much more effective, we can get direct and social interactions between teachers and students, it will be easier to get closer.
