Inspiration is Useless Unless It Offers Any Actionable Advice

I do like inspirational quotes and articles.

I always get inspired by reading motivational blogs. Watching a lecture by a life coach or an inspirational guru is an enjoyment. I can pass the full day listening to inspirational teachings.

Listicles or blogs with a large number of tips, such as "10 tips to grow a lucrative business" are fun to read, but may not suggest useful and actionable steps.

• Are you going to make your life full of quotations and get frustrated when you notice that you haven't yet acquired a fraction of what the celebrity quotes say?

My motivation comes from a single tip or advice, or maximum a couple of tips, as I can try to follow those couple of advice. On the contrary, if I try to follow fifty tips, I will definitely get myself lost inside the jungle of inspirational tips!

Inspirational leaders are worse than hands-on leaders

During my childhood days, I used to play football. I didn't have any professional coach. There were a couple of senior players in our locality who used to offer us tips on football playing.

• One fellow used to offer big lectures on how to tackle and dribble the ball, etc. but never ever did he show us how to do those tricks.

• Another fellow used to join us on the football ground with the ball and used to demonstrate only one technique a week. We could follow this senior player as he described and demonstrated only one technique for the entire week.

Inspirational leaders act similarly to their followers. They deliver big lectures but never come onto the ground reality of life to demonstrate the huge theoretical knowledge they shared in their lectures.

• On the other hand, the hands-on leaders teach a few tricks by regularly participating along with the followers. This makes followers grasp and learn the teachings by practice.

Only hopes can't improve issues of life, technology, and business

I often read people writing, "Let us hope the crypto will improve." It is quite normal to hope and wait when things go abnormal or worse. But, such big hopes may appear as hypes.

It is the technology, not the hope and hype that are driving cryptocurrencies.

If cryptocurrencies can come out with continually improving technologies, there are enough possibilities for improvement and growth.

Action is the key to improving everything in life

Inspirational tips are useless unless they contain a few actionable pieces of advice.

A few actionable steps can make a huge impact on everything we want to accomplish in our lives. Action is the key to improvement.

• Let us get inspired with a couple of actionable steps to develop a project.

• Start engaging with the real activities of the project development.

• Find out the errors, repeat the activities, and rectify the errors.

There are no alternatives other than executing a strategic plan of action.
