Help Yourself First
Most humans often miss enough self-love.
Excepting a very few, most humans tend to love themselves. They are supposed to be their fans themselves. They should try to appreciate their achievements. But, it is a fact, often we humans miss enough self-love.
You should love your own self before loving others. I will go one step further and say, "You Must Love Your Own Self First."
Don't be a miser in self-love. This was an article title I published more than a month ago. A very little engagement was received on it. I understand why it was not acclaimed. People's minds are overwhelmed by celebrity quotes.
People are fond of hearing big statements. So, they always expect very extreme opinions about loving other humans, and other living beings.
If you wish to love the world, you first need to love yourself. You cannot help others solve their problems unless your own problems are solved. So, you need to help yourself first so as to make yourself strong enough.
People think selfless love. On the way, they exclude themselves. Popular quotes of celebrities are useless without smaller improvements of life are already achieved.
The entire world remains to receive your love and help. First, be strong enough, then distribute love, help, and other social services to others.
People are fond of listening to and reading celebrity quotes

I have read many titles in the Internet blogging arena on popular quotes. There are plenty of websites and ebooks on quotes. Names of many historical celebrities are associated with these famous quotes.
Some people embrace inspirational quotes very tightly with their personal portfolios. In many situations, life becomes overwhelmed with uncountable quotes.
Real-life is pushed into the back seat. Inspirational quotes get seats in the front. Unrealistic goals are crowded in the mind. Normal vision starts looking through the spectacle of celebrity quotes. Quickly people start chasing the dreams of the celebrity world.
People dream about selfless love, but neglect self-care

Do we need to have a dream of a selfless social worker? Most probably, a selfless life deprives the family of the social worker. It may result in a serious disharmony in societal structure.
Being selfless doesn't mean one requires to give up their own self-interests. Self-growth is a must so as to build a person's skills and abilities which are essential for their own life as well as for serving the other members of the community.
Self-care is a subject many of us never consider in our lives. If we neglect self-care, our lives don't see adequate self-improvements. In the end, we end up being poorly qualified for accomplishing our own work. Forget about helping others.
People must help themselves before loving and helping others

Are you taking care of yourself? I mean, for example, are you taking care of your health? Do you follow a regular exercise routine every morning after getting out of bed? If not, then you don't take care of your self-health properly.
Self-discipline is a way to help ourselves improve in facing life challenges, be it health, self-care, self-development, and self-improvement of anything connected to life. Unless we love and help ourselves to adopt these good habits, no external inspirational lectures will be enough to make a change.
Suppose I perform a routine practice of yoga and meditation every day. In that case, I will not only have an improved physique, but I will be mentally better equipped to advise others to adopt yoga and mediation to improve overall health. So, we need to love and help ourselves before serving others.

The entire world is present to be served. We can contribute a lot of things in a variety of fields. First, we need to be strong enough ourselves with adequate education and essential life skills.
Everybody must complete their basic academic schooling by making use of the general facilities available in the territory. If required, one must also undertake additional training for computers and the Internet technologies.
Without having enough skills and knowledge, we can't help other members of society. There comes the necessity of basic education and training. Once we have acquired the education and skills, we are empowered to distribute love, help, and other social services to the community.
Bringing it altogether
People must love themselves first.
People must help themselves first.
Have basic education and acquire some life skills.
Then, follow your dreams of doing good things in life and helping other humans.

You are right what you say my friend, first we must love ourselves before loving someone else, how can we give love to someone else if we don't feel love for ourselves?
We must love ourselves, take care of ourselves and keep ourselves in a positive way, to be able to help others, we cannot pretend to fix someone else's problems without knowing how to solve our own problems.
