WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga is the oldest doctrine of balance of body, mind and spirit.

Yoga is our operation according to the timeless moral principles of non-violence, truthfulness, stealth, moderation and non-accumulation.

Yoga is a way of dealing with oneself that respects purity, self-acceptance, self-discipline, self-exploration, and trust in a higher power. It keeps our minds calm.

Yoga is a body position or asana through which we feel and get to know our body, control it and liberate it.

Yoga is conscious breathing. Building a bridge between body and mind, between our conscious and unconscious part of the mind. When we begin to breathe consciously, then we take control of the breath (pranayama) and we can begin to control the body and mind. Above all, the breath fills us with prana, vital life energy.

Yoga is the silencing of the senses. Turning our five senses away from the saturated outside world inward, inward. Calming in the awareness of your inner world.

Yoga is concentration. Focusing our thoughts on just one thing that calms the mind.

Yoga is meditation. Complete calming of the mind and the path to the ultimate goal of yoga - the realization of truth, self-realization, inner freedom, liberation from the bonds that make us suffer.

Today I would like to introduce you 6 healing sounds which are part of yoga.

Today you will get to know as many as six healing sounds, which according to Traditional Chinese Medicine represent the foundation of self-healing, detoxification of internal organs, emotional detoxification and protection against stress.

This may seem ridiculous to you, but today you will make friends with your internal organs, glands, and all other parts of your body. You will establish a healing dialogue with them and this will dramatically change your well-being.

These ancient sounds, taught to you by Master Mantak Chia, are special breathing techniques, the basis of Taoist and Chinese medicine. Practicing these healing sounds has a major impact on physical health and emotional stability. Sounds blow away stress and help you breathe in the satisfaction that represents your true nature!

Dobar tekst. Joga kao joga, znam da povoljno utiče na zdravlje , ali samo kod dobro istreniranih mozgova koji mogu da isključe sve drugo i fokusiraju se na svoje telo i pozitivne misli. Ja nažalost nemam takvu disciplinu mozga, a i kosti me ne bi slušale , jer ne mogu da sedim taj "tusrski sed."

I can totally underline what is written here, I practice Yoga since 7 years and it changed my life. I also studied the Tao of Healing by Mantak Chia and I wish to go into one of his 14 day dark room retreats one day to experience the natural DMT that gets produced in darkness after a few days.
