Recipe: LCHF chicken with garlic

Do you always prepare chicken following the same procedure and are you already a little tired of it? Try something new. LCHF chicken with garlic will impress you.

According to this recipe, you can prepare chicken legs, breasts, in fact any part of the chicken that you have left and want to consume.

Ingridients:

-60 g butter

-800 g chicken legs

-salt and pepper

-Juice of 1 lemon

-2 tablespoons olive oil

-7 cloves garlic, sliced

-½ A cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped

Process:

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish well greased with butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over the chicken. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over the chicken pieces. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over the top. Roast the chicken until the garlic slices are browned, about 30-40 minutes. Baking time can be longer if your shorter ones are longer.Towards the end, lower the temperature slightly so that the chicken is not still raw in the middle.

Necete verovati da nisam konzumirao vwc neko duuuuze vreme luka, crni, beli, sve jedno.. do pre 2 dana, na belolucenim paprikama u ulju. Ne znam sta mi je bilo da ih ponovo jedem... cak sam ih danas ruckao. Ova piletina sa belim lukom, mora da je izvrsna.
