We people often use phone when it's charging. But should we use so?
First of all, there are many phone companies. All the brands are not good. But sometimes people use them.
So, if you aren't using a branded phone, you shouldn't use while plugged in. It sometimes bursts; but not too often.
Now a days every phone includes sensor. So, this kind of accident has become very very rare. But if you want to be more careful that's fine.
And if you're using a branded phone then it's okay. You can use.
The second thing is battery life. When you're using a phone while it's plugged in, temperature raises. And it decreases the battery life. So my suggestion is don't use a charging phone. But if it's needed to do simple and short tasks, you surely can use.
And there comes another issue. If your phone is 100% charged and you want to use keeping it plugged in, you can. In this case temperature won't raise and your battery life won't be decreased too.
