People may try to suppress tears if they see them as a sign of weakness, but science suggests that doing so could mean missing out on a range of benefits. Researchers have found that crying:
1. Has a soothing effect
Self-soothing is when people:
regulate their own emotions
calm themselves
reduce their own distress
A 2014 study found that crying may have a direct, self-soothing effect on people. The study explained how crying activates the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which helps people relax.
2. Gets support from others
As well as helping people self-soothe, crying can help people get support from others around them.
As this 2016 study explains, crying is primarily an attachment behavior, as it rallies support from the people around us. This is known as an interpersonal or social benefit.
3. Helps to relieve pain
Research has found that in addition to being self-soothing, shedding emotional tears releases oxytocin and endorphins.
These chemicals make people feel good and may also ease both physical and emotional pain. In this way, crying can help reduce pain and promote a sense of well-being.
4. Enhances mood
Crying may help lift people’s spirits and make them feel better. As well as relieving pain, oxytocin and endorphins can help improve mood. This is why they are often known as “feel good” chemicals.
5. Releases toxins and relieves stress
When humans cry in response to stress, their tears contain a number of stress hormones and other chemicals.
Researchers believe that crying could reduce the levels of these chemicals in the body, which could, in turn, reduce stress. More research is needed into this area, however, to confirm this.
6. Aids sleep
A small study in 2015 found that crying can help babies sleep better. Whether crying has the same sleep-enhancing effect on adults is yet to be researched.
However, it follows that the calming, mood-enhancing, and pain-relieving effects of crying above may help a person fall asleep more easily.
7. Fights bacteria
Crying helps to kill bacteria and keep the eyes clean as tears contain a fluid called lysozyme.
A 2011 study found that lysozyme had such powerful antimicrobial properties that it could even help to reduce risks presented by bioterror agents, such as anthrax.
8. Improves vision
Basal tears, which are released every time a person blinks, help to keep the eyes moist and prevent mucous membranes from drying out.
As the National Eye Institute explains, the lubricating effect of basal tears helps people to see more clearly. When the membranes dry out, vision can become blurry.

traditional pottery of Bengal
Bangladesh is a land of diversity. Thousands of cultures have been observed in this country since time immemorial. One of the examples of which is pottery. Bangladesh has a rich tradition of pottery. 'Mat' means soil and art means beautiful creative objects. That is why pottery is called 'pottery', and those who are involved with it are called potters. Kumar does all the work in a dazzling way with his impossible artistic skills and sweetness hidden in his mind. This industry is one of the oldest and one of the industries in Bangladesh which carries the heritage of Bangladesh.
In the evolution of time, in the age of industrialization, the tradition of this pottery is gradually disappearing in rural Bengal. Lack of sufficient demand in the market, non-change of scope of work over time, lack of innovation in work, inconsistency of expenditure with income, increase in price of soil used as raw material, transportation of raw materials and manufactured goods have been stifled. due to various reasons. This is a traditional art of Bengal for many years. Not only this, with the help of various utensils made of different metals including plastic, steel, melamine, ceramic and silver, the pottery is losing its appeal day by day.
Now these earthenware utensils can be seen in the fair held at special times. Especially in the farewell and welcome festival of Bengali year. These earthenware items will be available in the hands of those who come to the fair. These also took place in the Mars Shaivayatra.
Therefore, we should give importance to pottery to preserve the heritage of Bangladesh.

কাঁক হচ্ছে একমাত্র পাখি, যে ঈগলের ঘাড়ের উপর বসে, ঠোকর মেরে, তাকে বিরক্ত করতে পারে। যে সাহস অন্য কোন পাখির নেই। মজার ব্যাপার হচ্ছে ঈগল কিন্তু , কাঁকের সাথে লড়াই করে, বা তাকে মেরে ফেলতে যেয়ে, তার সময় ও শক্তির অপচয় করে না।
ঈগল যেটা করে, সেটা হচ্ছে, সে দ্রুত গতিতে উপরে উঠতে থাকে। আতি উচ্চতায় অক্সিজেন স্বল্পতার কারনে, এবং ঈগলের প্রচন্ড গতির কারনে, কাঁক দুর্বল হয়ে পড়ে এবং টিকতে না পেরে, ঈগলের ঘাড় থেকে, দ্রুত খসে পড়ে যায়। ঠিক তেমনি ভাবে, আপনার জীবন চলার পথে, কাছের মানুষ, আত্মীয় স্বজন, বন্ধু বান্ধবরূপি অনেক কাঁক, আপনার পিছনে ঠোকর মেরে, আপনার জীবনকে ব্যহত করবে। এদের সাথে লড়তে যেয়ে, সময় এবং শ্রম অপচয় করার কোন দরকার নেই। আপনার চূড়ান্ত লক্ষ্যে পৌঁছানর জন্য, কাজের গতি আর পরিশ্রম আরও বাড়িয়ে দিন। আপনার গতির সাথে তাল মেলাতে না পেরে, এই সব কাকেরা, দুর্বল হয়ে এমনিতেই ঝড়ে পড়ে যাবে।
