Grounding On The Beach Sand
Have you heard about grounding? It is a way of walking barefoot in the ground to get positive energy right from the nature. This is one of the most underrated facts in Science and only few know about the magical wonders of this therapeutic technique. There are research before where the patients who did grounding experience a better feeling and their inflammation reduce. Experts believe that our natural and own body response & defense will be restored once our feet or body touch the ground.
Let me share to you my grounding experience around the beach.
I decided to try grounding on the beach sand where I take off my slippers. It is so nice in the feeling when you have a skin contact to the nature. The only thing that I am not comfortable is when the sand is cold. I can feel that it is sharp to step upon. I have started grounding at 6 am where it is partially gloomy and the sun hasn't fully show up yet. The coldness in the morning is actually making my colds reappear. I don't want to do the grounding in the day time because that is already hot. I am thinking that next time I should better do it in the afternoons where the sun is down. I want to get and feel the best experience when we expose ourselves to the nature. We are all interconnected and there's a strong connection between us and the nature.
The Pan de Sal bread is not part of the grounding but since my mother have told me and my sister to buy a bread first before going to the beach, then we have carried it all along. My sister was carrying the bread at the beach side and we have stop by to eat some. It looks like we're having a picnic and it would be beautiful if the bread was on the basket and we have a mat.
I am still a little sleepy because it's early in the 6 am and my eyes are so noticeably small in the camera. I have realized that when you do grounding, you should do it in the time where the weather is not too cold nor too hot. In this case of mine, the weather is so cold due to the rain. When we went to the beach, I just want to get blankets because the air is shivering and it makes me want to go home.
We had pass by into these beautiful wooden cottages and they have been there for so many years. I took a quick photo because the color is vibrant and attractive. I was waiting for the sunshine but as you can see, there's still a dark clouds out here. I have made a goal that I won't go home not until I get a dose of Vitamin D from the sunshine which is why we reach 7 in the am.
Finally after waiting, I saw the sunshine slowly ascending. Although there's still dark clouds covering it, I am glad that there's already a sunshine. However it is kinda too late because my sister and I have decided that we will go home since it's already 7 in the morning and we have been in the beach for an hour and plus.
While going home, we walk around the waters and this one is the best. The cold waters are so relaxing and good in the feeling. I am not barefoot anymore because we are going home but even though with slippers, it is already grounding as your skin is touching the waters of the nature. You don't need a foot spa and pay a lot of money because all you have to do is to walk around the waters in the beach and you are already rejuvenated.
I am encouraging all of you to do grounding and walk barefoot. Do it in a peaceful place and this can change your life. It can erase all the stress and it can restore your health. Do it while you're still healthy so you won't be needing to buy pharmaceuticals medicines and you don't need to lie in the hospital bed with endless bills in the future.
We came from the dust and we will also die into dust thus this is actually the reason why grounding can make you live longer, because we are connected to the nature.
