Finding Love At A Right Time

Her youth was full of glory, beauty and adoration. That's how we can describe Heather. She is almost close to perfections. Despite living a life that the people envy from her, she is not happy. Heather feels empty and incomplete. She have never been lucky towards love. They come and go. They promise and leave. This made Heather think that maybe love is only a false word, a feeling created by humans to fulfill desires.

Heather accepted the fate given to her. She have accepted that love is not for her. She have accepted that she is unfortunate when it comes to finding love. She have decided to live a life alone and not asking anything in return. Heather never had a family and she had learn to live alone on the house created by her siblings for her. She grew old. Her siblings have to leave for their families. So it's like the life has fallen apart from Heather. She need to face the reality that she will die alone and old.

"Why you did not marry grandma?"

The lady asks Heather on the cafe shop.

"I didn't because I have a bad luck towards love."

"Why you haven't found at least one person who will stick towards you through joy and sorrow?"

"I didn't. I have two ex lovers but they only leave me. The first one leave me because he is no longer happy with me and the second leave because he found someone else."

"I feel sorry to hear that, I hope you will still find the person who will love you for the rest of your life."

Heather smiled and bid a good bye to the lady as she leave the coffee shop to gather fresh flowers from her garden. As Heather grab flowers, she hear odd voices from a distant. The voices are calling her. Heather can't avoid her curiosity so she followed the voice. As she walked by she didn't notice the hole below and fell into it.

"Help!" Heather screamed as she tried her best to climb from the hole where she have been trapped. At last, she have successfully lift herself from the hole below. She wipe herself and headed home.

As Heather was combing herself, she have noticed something odd. Her white hairs have turned into light brown again. She looked at her hands, there's no wrinkles into it. Heather panic and look immediately into the mirror and there she saw something that will change her life forever.

Heather had regain her youth.

"Impossible." She said. Heather had to blink multiple times and slap herself but nothing can change what she is seeing on the mirror again.

It was a month that passed by since Heather never returned into her 60 years old state, she remained 20. She have been hiding inside as what happened to her is something out of ordinary. Until one day Heather decided to go out to get herself fruits as she is running out of something to eat. She walked into the aisle of the grocery and the apples fell on the ground.

"I'm sorry that the apples went crazy."

Heather look at the young man picking each apples from the ground.

"Give that to me." Heather said and packed the apples on the bag.

"By the way you left your handkerchief."

"Okay give that to me." Heather said as she get the handkerchief swiftly.

"You seems so unfriendly. Are you in a sort of rush?"

"Do I need to explain to you? You don't know me." Heather said and walk away.

After a month that passed by, Heather return into the grocery again to buy a new set of fruits and this time she saw the young man again.

"What a coincidence or a destiny?"

Heather didn't listen instead she just grab fruits and put them all in the cart and walk into the other aisle.

"Wait, by the way I'm Oliver and you are?"

"Why don't you stop disturbing me? I have a lot of things to do."

Heather said and walk again.

Oliver cannot get Heather out from his mind so she followed her until her way home. Due to this, Oliver made the risk of buying flowers for her as the garden of her house are full of flowers. Heather never paid attention to Oliver because she know that she is too old for him.

It took 9 months for Oliver to capture and convince Heather that he is serious about her and that he cannot get her out of his mind. Heather had given the young man a chance to know her better and this lead into a beautiful created memories that Heather doesn't want to let go anymore.

Until one day Oliver confessed these words in front of her,

"I know you wouldn't believe me but Heather I am genuine about my feelings for you. I already love you."

Heather cried as she have never felt love throughout her life before.

"I thought I wouldn't find love in this world but it turns out I was born in the wrong time and then here you are, born in this time.."

"Heather what do you mean?"

"You don't know who I am and I think you will find someone better. Don't love me because we ain't the same."

"I don't care Heather, I don't care if you are someone else or where you have came from. I just want you to know that I will love you until the very end of my life."
