We become smart with the help of technology but there are still some dark sides that we can't ignore. We are still fighting with natural disasters and every year this natural disaster become the reason of a huge financial loss. Specially flood which mostly occurs for heavy rainfall and this is not end here. The day its raining heavily, day laborer can't go out for work and sleep empty stomach.

Its raining heavily outside so I brought this discussion which also belongs to the finance and economy. We are getting smarter but we are still unable to improve lives. Technology is getting fast but still we can't defeat the destructive natural disaster. To improve finance, technology should invent something innovative to improve the life of a day laborer. With the blessing of technology we educated people can work online and heavy rain doesn't affect our life but it affect the life of people who works physically.

For example a delivery boy who rides cycle, can't deliver products on time for the heavy rainfall. One more example in my country Bangladesh we always see rickshaw puller who earns livelihood for his family by pulling rickshaw can't go out for making money. In rainy days many people prefer staying inside home, so sometimes if rickshaw puller come out in the rain can't find enough passenger to earn money by pulling rickshaw for the day!

This is the common suffering of poor people in my country. In the developed countries there is no rickshaw but there should be day labour who can earn extra money for these rainy day break and this is indeed a good idea. I'm sure day labour who saves from their regular income can handle the rainy days wisely. With the savings they can arrange foods for family even they can't go out for work in the rain. But story is different for the people whose are hand to mouth. They can sleep empty stomach for unexpected natural disasters.

Rain gives a break to work but this break is not always pleasant for everyone. Sometimes it affect the personal finance of common people like me as I feel more sleepy and unproductive, can't finish work timely and some work may remain pending as a result my I miss some chances to earn good. The rain seems unstoppable since last night and it almost 11am of the morning.

Not only raining but also other natural disasters bring a heavy loss in our finance and economy. For different kinds of natural disaster crops, goods, raw materials and other products destroyed and it affect the both personal and government finance. Destruction of asset is surely a heavy loss and a big shock for country's finance and economy. I just hope technology will bring something innovative that natural disasters will be less destructive.
