Vegetable Stir Fry π₯
I love vegetable stir fry cause itβs quick and easy to make. Itβs healthy, good for weight loss and very delicious.
Ingredients
1. White onions
2. Green beans
3. Sweet corn
4. Chicken sausage or liver
5. Green pepper
6. Carrots
7. Pure soya oil, good alternative to vegetable oil
8. Soy sauce
9. Chicken seasoning
10. Freshly blended ginger and garlic
11. Home made mix spice. Made up of tumeric, cinnamon, white pepper, black pepper, corrinader, bayleaves
You can also add meat, chicken, prawns, shrimps, pork.
How to Make Vegetable Stir Fry
Wash and cut vegetables
Pour oil in pan on medium heat
Add veggies, sausage, liver, chicken
Add soy sauce, chicken seasoning, my homemade mixed spices, blended ginger and garlic
Stir for a few minutes until veggies are tender.
Things you can eat with vegetable stir fry
Rice, Noodles, Spaghetti, Pasta
You can store your vegetable stir fry in the refrigerator for meal prep
