Failure is a sign of progress.
If you find yourself repeating a bad habit or it feels like you’re going back to your old ways or you feel like a failure, don’t beat yourself up.
Being aware that you’re failing is a sign of progress, once you realize your mistakes you can make changes. It’s difficult but extremely important for your progress.
Instead celebrate failure, learning to embrace failure brings success, it’s one of the best ways to build mental strength.
