My Read.cash Journey (Community Engagement Writing Challenge)

Author: SequoiaAnother day had dawned, bringing with it new hopes and aspirations. As the majestic and warm radiant of the sun give life and color to everything it touches, it always excluded the restless and cold-blooded heart of a young yet exhausted girl.
While everyone is busy as bee preparing for their individual whereabouts and errands, she was sulking in her bedroom trying to figure out life, again. Filling her hearts of several questions why life is being unfair with her or was it her being unfair with herself. Too many unanswered questions and as the time passed by, it is getting out of control.
She shook all of the thoughts running inside her head away and got up from her cozy bed that serve as her safe haven and resting place. The only thing that knows everything what she's going through. Against her will, but she let out the most pretentious smile in the whole world.
She folded her blankets and arranged her pillows to somehow have an organized room despite of having a messy and troubled heart.
New day. New Hope. That's what they say. But she can't stop herself from asking why is she experiencing the opposite. It's been a while since her heart beats fast. And she's totally clueless if she'll ever experienced it again. Nope, she's not pertaining to romantic love. In fact, she's being loved genuinely. What she's suffering from is the struggle of finding her passion and getting some reward from doing it.
She already dived in every river she sees. Tested several waters and wasted a lot of hopes and faith. But never did she think to give up. Until a memory from the past struck her weary and exhausted mind.
"Right! Maybe that could really help me."
Those were the exact words that she uttered after remembering the platform that she once tried but didn't have enough courage to continue. Maybe because she was still young and don't know where to stand. But that time, her eagerness and courage are the ones that drive her to try again and this time, she will give every drop of herself.
"READ.CASH"
She started from a scratch with no one else to guide her but only herself and desperation to earn and provide for the family. It wasn't a piece of cake. She encountered a lot of disappointments and breakdown several times. There comes the time where she almost gives up because seems like her efforts weren't being appreciated and valued.
But she continued. She change the game and looked for ways to expand her network with an expectation that by doing so, she will get the attention of the green robot.
"ENGAGEMENT/INTERACTION is crucial"
She started reading other people's articles and left relatable comments. It became her goal to read at least 20 articles a day. Little did she know that as the time goes by, her heart and motive was being changed slowly. She met new people and the first person that she befriend with was @immaryandmerry . It was this girl that keeps on encouraging her to continue because it'll be worth it. Her journey in read.cash became more exciting when she meet the noiseristificationism family. Three weeks have passed of constant interactions and creating of articles but she wasn't still noticed by the green robot. However, she gained new friends and sponsors as well. Her heart was so happy the first time she had her first sponsor. She continued because she has a great faith that her labor will never be in vain and that, her time will come.
But of course, there are days that she can't stop herself from comparing herself with other users who's been noticed by the bot already despite of being new. She just keep on reminding herself that everything works together for good and she will eventually reap what she sow.
One month have passed and she was already losing hope. But when she was about to give up, the Lord answered her prayer. The bot noticed and blessed her with so much love and support.
Her heart was so overwhelmed. She even cried and thank the lord several times. She was so flabbergasted that time that she almost give out everything that rusty has given to her. The first thing she did was to sponsor new users and share her blessings and by doing so, Rusty showered her even more of it. That was a very memorable moment for her.

That was my read.cash journey and looking back, I still can't believe that I've come this far. Indeed, it is really true that your network plays a crucial role in your success. If I didn't interact with others, I won't surely last this long. It is true that the earnings we get from here are so motivating but the reality is, it was our friends whom we created bond with are the real ones that strengthens us to continue our journey in here.
Of course, if we want to keep our readers, we have to produced quality content. Now what is a quality content for me?
This. What I am writing now is a sample of quality content. I know a lot of you would raise your brows and won't agree. Maybe because I have grammatical errors and other flaws. But for me, quality content isn't just all about the article's structures. It is about being able to express what you feel and connect with your readers. If your readers can get some learnings from your piece or even made them feel that they can relate, then that, my friend, is a quality content article.
What does BCH did to my life?
A lot of things. It turned my world upside down. In a way that I could never imagined that would happen to me. Because of this platform, I met Bitcoin Cash. I'll be forever grateful with this coin. It opened opportunities to ordinary people like me. This coin proves that everyone deserves a change and has the right to rise up.
