It's always the best thing to always give thanks to God, no matter what you are passing through. No matter the circumstances surrounding you, and no matter what the economy is saying. All you keep enjoying is God's unfailing blessings in your life. Of course, you can't enjoy these benefits if you are not for God. The Psalmist said taste and see that the Lord is sweet. Since I have come to understand the Bible and the word being inspired by God and the promises therein, I have always been at peace and rest that God will always be by my side. The Bible says give thanks in everything. This means when you are down, when you are facing a lot of challenges, when friends betray you, when you lose your loved ones, when you think all hope is lost, when you think there is no way anymore, when you are just been sacked from your job, when there is no food in the house and all you have is water, when you have nowhere to go, when friends and relatives ignore you, when doors are shut against you, give thanks still because when you forget all of these, there will be joy all around you. Now when things are going smoothly, when you just gained admission after many trials writing jamb and other exams, when you have enough food in the house, when you are blessed with a baby after many attempt to have one, when you have got that offer you ever dreamt of, when you graduated after many years, when doors of breakthrough are opened to you etc, you still give thanks to God. God is always happy when we praise Him, believing and leaving all to Him to take control. There is always that euphoria that we experience a great turn around. Isn't that amazing? I saw a short video on my WhatsApp yesterday where the guy was encouraging us to always be grateful for what we have even considering the country's economy and how inflation has eaten deeply on every item, still there is food coming and money to buy everything we need. Why then do you need to complain when you know God is always faithful to you despite what the economy is saying?. When my friends are always complaining that everything is just going up and never coming down, I will always ask, aren't you still eating? Has God not been blessing and providing? What matters is to see money and food which God has never stopped coming through. People will always complain of inflation here and there, but they never for once appreciate God for the little they still have with them. The country is going bad, everything is just getting expensive including food, but You are still eating and spending money. Be grateful to God and He will always provide when He sees your heart being pure and genuine towards Him. I don't complain of things increasing in price, but I always believe God will keep providing as He has always done, and this is why I don't bother when the economy is experiencing this. If you are for God, why get worried when you can just talk to Him and He will be happy to give to you whatever you ask from Him. It is His promise to provide according to His riches in glory and if He could provide and take care of the birds and the fishes, what more His beloved creature? Seriously, this is not by making mouth or babbling but it is what I have experienced and it has always been that way, God has never failed me whenever I call on Him. He is ready when we are ready. Stop complaining, but be grateful that God is providing for you to get whatever you want, no matter how little it is. Thanks for reading. True princess. Some always complaining their life or everything what's in their mind. They don't even realize that God always provided them. They didn't see it. They didn't appreciate it. Complains are always in their mind which is not good. Stop complaining and realize the things we have now and say thank you to God.

1Thes 5:18 - "In everything give thanks for that's the will of God for us", has been on scripture I've come to treasure so much. It keeps me going and it's a reminder that God is aware of any situation we are passing through. Although the some problems may appear challenging but that's where the part of Him works the most. I'm nfact, it's not even about expecting something from Him at that moment but it's all about acknowledging Him for who He is. I remember when we went to console a family that lost their 10year old son, my boss raised the prayer with this same line of THANKSGIVING, People were weirdly looking at us🤗
That's one of my favorites scripture too which always reminds me that instead of complaining or murmuring, we need to give thanks for all things. Though it's sad to lose someone and seeing you to be thanking God will look shocking to them until they realize that all things happen for a reason.

My Mom always has this saying each time she hears me complaining, she says "In any situation you find yourself, give thanks!" And that has always stuck with me throughout my years. It is very easy to just focus on the hardships and actually forget to thank God for even the little things. Thanks for reminding me with this article.
Yes, it's easy to remember those challenges around us and forget the ones we have that is still keeping us going. We need to be thankful in all situations.
I agree with all what you said dear. Despite all the challenges, we still have every reason to give thanks to our creator. I have always consoled my self with the knowledge that, no matter how bad things are are appear to be, it would definitely be worse if not for God. We only see the troubles that God allows us to see, but we never see all the troubles that he had prevented from the happening to us and even those from the future and we will never know... That's why I always say, no matter what, God knows best. 🤗

No matter what we face, no matter what comes our ways, when it is sweet and when it's bad, what we need to do is to thank God. We do not need to start complaining because complains will glue us to problems, and make us not to see the good things God has done for us, but thanking Him opens more doors of blessings for us.

Giving thanks and being grateful should always be our first priority whenever we want something or any from GOD. Complaining about something might be because one isn’t grateful. Being grateful provides a lot.

What is best is to focus more on what to do to become better than the previous, looking out for ways to live a desirable life. Life is too short, let's not make it shorter by these acts. God is an amazing God because he had always come through for us, He keeps to his promises, He said when men shall say there's casting down I shall say there's lifting up, in need God is really faithful to us by providing every day by day to us. Sometimes when it's looks as if we will fall God picks us up, He holds our hands and gives us hope in to live again.
