It's because they are PERFECTIONIST.
Mistakes are not in the vocabulary of a perfectionists. They want everything to be right even simple things,activities was need to be organized.Because they are afraid of not being praised or not being the center of attention or change the way others think of him with a little mistake. And they are easily upset on that.
They make everything right as possible.Being a perfectionist really affects yourself and to other people. It also gets to the point where your friends and family stay away from you because of this habit and you also find it difficult to make friends because they do not meet your standards.

Change your perspective on the word "SUCCESS."
Have you ever wanted to be first and foremost in everything. But you better think that not all the time its not gonna happen as you wanted to be.
Accept defeat or failure. You do not have to go beyond everything to say you are successful.Having done your best is enough and truly matters.
Be realistic.
You must know your limits. Just do what you can and do not force it if you can no longer do it. Do not rely too much on high expectations.
Be true to yourself and to what you can only do. Do not think that you cannot make some mistakes. Because in reality you do not know what will happen next.
Accept or laugh at your mistakes.
Try other things that you know that you will make a mistake,and change your outlook.
Do not be too serious about simple things. You may be discouraged, but resist this negative thoughts and learned something that can be lessen your perfectionism.

Probably all people in some segment of their lives strive for perfectionism. Still, I think it can become a problem when someone wants everything to be perfect in his life. Then it can easily turn into an obsession and grow into a serious mental illness.
