That evening
The pattering sound of the rain on the roof disturbed Charles from sleeping. He was alone in the big mansion where he lives with his parents;and they won't be back home until the next twelve full moons
Recently, Charles has been seeing wolves in his dreams. While he laid gently on the bed, he kept thinking about his recent dreams...and he became afraid to close his eyes to sleep and the pattering sound of the rain was not helping out either. He tried to sleep but as soon as he closed his eyes, he saw a glimpse of a werewolf and immediately opened his eyes with his heart beating fast. He stood from his bed, flinging his purple duvet to one side and then sat on an old rocking chair which his father gave to him and he cherished it a lot.
Charles then brought out his drawing book and a pencil from his drawer placed them on the table, closed the drawer and began to sketch out a werewolf form his imagination afterwards, he pasted the sketch on the wall of his room.... Charles' room was not that large but enough to contain all of his things. On the walls painted blue were different imaginative drawings and his childhood pictures alongside those he had with his parents. He also has a table where he kept his mirror and cosmetics which he uses every morning. He picked up the mirror to view his face but then all he saw when he looked into the mirror was a werewolf immediately, he threw the mirror away and ran out of the room with his heart pounding really hard.
He decided to go outside to receive some fresh air, he checked the time and it was7:30pn by the time. On getting to the door leading outside the house, he opened it and he saw a body wrapped in a blue duvet as frightened as he was, he kicked the body to know if the person was still alive just then the person began to groan in pain and saying some words which were not clear enough to Charles...all he could pick was 'help'. Charles on his own path, doubted if the person could still survive with his present condition
He turned the body to see have a clearer observation of the person
'shit' Charles exclaimed
It was a boy with an blue eye and a long curly hair whose mouth was stained with blood ...he was indeed a cute boy.
Charles helped him up and took him inside, supporting him by the side. While they were inside the house, the boy laid helpless on the tiled floor as Charles went on to heat water for the boy to bath and then Charles prepared tea for him...while he was doing this, he wondered if the boy was an orphan or a street raff who got bitten. Charles then decide to be patient and wait to hear from the boy.
Having freshened up, he sat on a chair opposite Charles'
"what would you like to eat?" Charles asked.
"Am okay, thank you." the boy said in reply
"You may come have a seat next to me" said Charles...
"I'll like to know you better." he continued
"so what is your name, where are u from and how did you get here ?" Charles asked
"My name is Jack from.....I can't remember all that happened to me, all I can remember is my name" Jack said bluntly
"may I know your name" Jack asked
"my name is Charles" he said
"well Charles thanks for helping me...can you do me a favour?" Jack asked
"yes, what is it"Charles replied
"I will like to be your pal...like follow you around till I become familiar with the environment" Jack said
"ehmm, I will think about it and give you my response tomorrow" replied Charles
Charles stood up to go to bed
"alright then, good night Charles" said Jack who was busy watching movie
"Good night Jack"

a loud cry from the neighborhood woke Charles up. He sprang off his bed he ran to the sitting room but couldn't find Jack there anymore...

Charles then checked the room he had prepared for Jack to sleep in he the windows were wide open the bed was rough already as though a struggle had taken place there and Jack was no where to be found

STRATEGIES FOR CASHFLOW MANAGEMENT
Ensuring that a cash flow system is properly managed involves a lot of work and practical knowledge. After thorough research on the topic, I have come up with five ways organizations handle an effective cash management system.
1. Speedy Collection of Accounts Receivable: The easiest way to grow your cash inflow and generate liquid cash is by collecting debts from debtors on daily basis.
2. Cutting cost: The company must seek out ways to reduce operating costs to maintain a good flow of cash in the system.
3. Monitored cash flow regularly: Closely monitoring the inflows and outflows, making sure the expenses are supervised and cutting down on debts makes for Financial stability.
4. Technology upgrade: Organizations can easily and conveniently monitor and maintain a healthy database and Financial increase from anywhere and at any given time through digital devices.
5. Extension of accounts receivable: Companies should move to extend the payment period of debtors by obtaining from Creditors an extended credit time.
6. Money Market funds: Sometimes when carrying out a business, there can be a surplus. The surplus is usually invested into the money market funds. Then are then converted readily into cash when required and can yield a quality level of profit over time.
7. Cash deposits: When the company has a well structural Financial system, it can predict in terms of the expenses that will be made and the surplus in cash that will be incurred. It can then invest this money in cash deposits. It will definitely yield profits over time but withdrawals must be made as stated.

1. Investing idle cash: Cash management makes it possible to utilize surplus cash for various investment opportunities.
2. Proper planning of cash: cash management is essentially about making plans and taking decisions in terms of utilizing cash at hand for profits.
3. Increasing cash flow: It makes it possible that the company maintains steady inflows and outflows for running the system effectively.
4. Managing cash flows: Cash management ensures that funds are restricted or accelerated for a healthy and effective system.
**Reasons for Problems with Cash Management**
Many corporations run into several problems with cash due to poor management. Here are several reasons for these problems:

Adequate understanding of the inflow and outflows from the business is required such as when to purchase an asset or pay for an account payable. Without this, the company will end up running out of funds because of inventory it over-purchased without the usual inflow for it.

Is education still the key to success
A lot of people in our society have made me understand that education is the key to success. That was then in the early '90s. Education was the key to success because as of that time, everybody will want to go to school. As of that time, when you fail in class, you will feel depressed and would want to commit suicide. As of that time, when you miss a class, teachers will be at your doorstep the next day to know the reasons for your absence. My grandma has always told me to take studies seriously because it matters a lot. She has always regretted not going to school during her own time. During the Nigerian civil war when the Biafrans took refuge in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia state, her junior brother would always set a blackboard and chalk to solve arithmetics and quadratic equations. People around him were amazed, praising and adoring him like a god because it was very rare to see an educated person at that moment.
People were very serious with studies as of that time. The white men as of that time would always award them a scholarship for their intelligence and hard work in academic excellence. Education was really interesting as of that time. Most of them attended free schools, bought free textbooks, even though there wasn't enough infrastructure at that time, they enjoyed a lot of learning.
After the war, my uncle furthered his education at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. His days in the university were stress-free as he was able to save and buy kinds of stuff for himself. He saved a lot to the extent of getting a Volvo for himself he completed his studies without experiencing any strike action by the academic staff. The government of that time was very eager to help uplift the level of education which lead to the creation of more universities in the country.
But now, THINGS HAVE CHANGED.
Education is no longer valued in present-day Nigeria. It baffles me a lot to see those who enjoyed free education depriving youths and children of their fundamental right to education.
I can boldly say that education is no longer the key to success in Nigeria.
For crying out loud, how can a church build a school that even the children of a common man of their church cannot afford to attend?
Nowadays, the salaries of teachers and lecturers are being withheld at monthly intervals for just no reason leading to the strike actions of either staff of polytechnics or universities.
The popular say, "school Na scam" made by our present-day students are as a result of what the country made education to look like.
They made education look as if it was initially made for the rich to attend. Education has always thought that we are the leaders of tomorrow. But now, it seems that we are going to school just to gain a certificate. After going to school, the tendency of one getting a job for himself is 10/100.
Coming to think of it, most of the richest people in the world were dropping out and it looks as if being a dropout is the key to success.
We all know Dangote, the said richest man in Nigeria. He has limited educational background but still made it in life, employing those with Ph.D. and master's degrees to become his truck driver.
One's determination to life is the real key to success be it graduate or a non-graduate Since you know what you want in life.

Do whatever it takes to become somebody in life. You mustn't attain any level of education before you become successful in life.
I wish my grandma would be able to see the atrocities done by our so-called leaders for they no longer take education seriously.

New Month, Back to School, and Exam Marathon
Hey guys. A happy new month to you all. How the month of April passed by I can't explain. It was just yesterday I was the victim of an April fool prank by a friend, which I also reciprocated to another and we all had fun in it. And within the blink of an eye, we are already in the 5th month of the year.
The month of April has been good, generally. Though these days I spent in the school except for the last couple of days I came home for a week's break. We were given these 7 days to go spend some time with our families and friends because we are not going home till the end of three important examinations, two of which are paramount to securing admission into a university of choice.
These few days at home availed me the opportunity to spend time with my family, visit some friends, and also had time to visit read.cash, and published a couple of articles. I was able to earn about $12 in my short time on read.cash. I wished to have earned more because we seriously need some cash as I have not paid for the registration of one of the important examinations awaiting me. And the family is not financially stable at the moment. But the little I earned helped out with purchasing some of the items I needed. Thank you read.cash and bitcoin cash (BCH).
Back to School
By this time tomorrow, I would probably be on my desk reading in school - I like to read in the quiet of the night when almost everyone is asleep. However, I will surely be in school at this time tomorrow.
I have already purchased some of the things I need that we could afford to buy with the little resources available. Well, I can't ask to have everything I need. I always appreciate the little I get. I have learned to find contentment in little things.
I will have to be at school before 5 pm. My things are packed and ready. Just waiting for the time. I already miss my family, friends, and read.cash.
The Examinations
In one of my previous posts, I mentioned three important examinations which I will be taking in the next couple of months. These exams are organized by three examination bodies - West African Examination Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO), and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
These examinations are compulsory for the students in my school, though some only partake in two of these.
As for me, my priority is WAEC and JAMB. If I can perform excellently in these two, then I'm good to go. The two results are enough to get me admission to any university of choice in Nigeria.
I'm a science student, and offering nine subjects - Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Civic Education, Economics, Computer science, and Animal Husbandry. The grading format is A1, B2, B3, C4, C5, C6, D7, E8, F9. Grades A and B are excellent grades while at the other extreme, F9 indicates failure. The Cs are credits while D7 and E8 pass.
A student needs to score at least a C in his or her major subjects to have a chance at gaining admission. That said, one has a gold edge scoring better grades.
I aim to have all excellent As and Bs in all subjects. I have been working so hard by putting in extra in reading and preparing for the exams in general. I hope my efforts pay off.
The first of the three examinations is the JAMB exam - the UTME.
The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) is a computer-based standardized examination for prospective undergraduates in Nigeria.
UTME registration has already commenced ending by 15th May. I'm yet to register, but will surely do so before the registration deadline. After the registration, the UTME mock will come up 5 days later, on the 20th of May. The UTME mock is only a preparatory examination to give first-time candidates a glimpse of the actual examination. The Mock exam is optional, but I will surely sign up for it. The examination is a Computer-based test and a lot of Nigerian students don't have access to a computer. So the mock examination will be helpful.
After the mock examination comes the actual UTME which will hold from Saturday, June 5 to Saturday, June 19, 2021. The date range will help the examination body cater to the population of candidates and to provide a safe and conducive examination environment, with the COVID-19 protocols at heart.
The other exams - WAEC and NECO will follow. However they come, I will surely be prepared to face them. And I hope to come out in flying colors.
So I will be off to school tomorrow, I will really miss you guys. Though this won't be the last posts you will be reading from my account. My cousin will be posting from this account until when I return. I wish to keep my read.cash account busy till when I return. I will surely be writing some if not most of the post. I will find a way to draft the content on paper and send it to him to type, edit and publish.

We have to understand the type of connection existing between two spheres and then draw some definite conclusion representing the existing situation which at present confront the world.

Hey read.cash fam. I have missed you all. Hope everyone and everything has been cool since my time out.
I don't know if anyone noticed, I have been away from read.cash for several weeks. I'm still in high school and living in the school boarding house, with no access to phones and the internet. So since resumption I have not to visit read.cash to read or publish an article.
How am I online when school is still in session?
We were given a few days off since we have been in school on extension through the holidays to prepare us for the various exams we will be writing this year. I'm in the final stage of my college life - the most stressful and difficult times because of the three major examinations we will be undertaking which have roles to play in determining our progress to the next academic stage - College.
**I'm back, what did I miss?**
Well, I have been online for hours reading and trying to get updates on possible events or changes on read.cash. But I failed to notice any. The only update I got was about our darling coin, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - it crossed the $1000 price line some days back and currently trading at $854 at the time of writing this post.
Wow!
I seemed to have missed out on the excitement and also taking advantage of the surge in price to have an increase in my BCH asset. Though so little, I sold the BCH I earned before my time away, to help purchase some of the items I needed at school so I had no BCH in my wallet during the pump. But thanks to BItcoin cash, I was able to buy some of the things I needed.
When I visited my read.cash, I met about $7 in my wallet - earnings from my last few articles. I was happy I had something.
Before I left for school, my earnings on the platform have been very poor and discouraging. I barely earn up to $0.05 but that didn't discourage me. Perhaps my content is not good enough for the random rewarder's generous tipping. I'm still working on my writing skills. I hope to improve so I can publish better contents which will hopefully earn me some good tips.
**Time in School**
My last post on the platform was 3 months ago. That how long I have been inactive on read.cash. I had to resume school after the Christmas holidays and have been in school ever since.
I can't recall if I good you guys, but I'm the school prefect. That gave me a lot of responsibilities added to the academic work. I had a lot of expectations on my shoulder. It was difficult at first but I have managed to adapt and found a way to carry out my responsibilities as the head prefect diligently while also making out time for my academic activities.
Life in school with the other boys gives a mixed feeling. You miss home, you are happy to be with very close mates and other unfriendly students keep annoying you and getting in your way. But in the end, I have found a way to stay sane and happy in all situations.
I mentioned staying in school during the recent holidays for extension classes. It is a preparatory period for the examination marathon that is to come. We are currently in Senior Secondary three (SS3) which is the last stage in a Nigerian secondary school. We have three examinations to undergo organized by three examination bodies - West African Examination Council (WAEC), National Examination Council (NECO), and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
The first of the three examinations will kick off in June and the last will end in September. That's 4 months of intense studying and exams.
I'm working hard in preparation for these examinations so I can come out in flying colors and increase my chances of getting admission into my University of choice. I can't afford to fail any of the subjects. I will do my best and leave the rest to the supreme. I believe my best and His grave will be enough to see me through.
**The Break**
We have been allowed to go home for some days to freshen up. and restock on things we will likely need as there may not be room to go home again till the end of the examinations. So for the next few days, I will be very active here so I can earn as much as possible to help in getting some of the things I need for school and also get to read from you all.

The newly introduced site noise.cash which I know we are familiar with is getting boring and spammers are about taking over again, by spammers I mean those who ask for sub
In the course of my scrolling through the posts there today, sincerely speaking, the posts weren't enticing that I could hardly even give out tips.
So I came up with a suggestion which I will share with you all for a better experience at noise.cash, though I gave a short post regarding this on noise.cash but I felt that won't do since I don't have much subscribers yet so I decided to table it here as an article.

Though we don't have all the features yet, but we can begin to make things better with what we have, if most of the first few Twitter users had made use of Twitter the way we , especially the spammers are making use of noise.cash, Twitter wouldn't have become what it is today
I suggest we use noise.cash as our own new version of Twitter...where you post very interesting stuffs that can even get the readers addicted and interested, stuffs that can lead to curiosity, enlighten and entertain the fellow users, atleast we can now add photos and with time vdeos as well so this is more or less like Twitter but on noise.cash, we have the priviledge of earning
I am not saying that what we post are not good but over 50% of the post I don't find worthy of being tipped...sorry to say, but I just have to express myself right now
You do not ask for sub on Twitter, but rather your posts determine how people sub to you...if you need subscribers, then post stuffs that will make them tap that sub button, just like how those who post on Twitter do. To summarize it all, let us try to pick some values or examples from the Twitter users and instill those values on noise.cash

Don't know what to do
So many of us are always lost on what to write about as an article to post here,it is common and I am not left out. I don't know if mine is worst because each time I just pick up the phone to type something, the ideas come in but all of a sudden I get confused as other options will be coming in and all of a sudden I just give up. Though I think something is bothering me but I just can't figure out what the problem is.
So many of my subscribers may be waiting for the story which I notified you about and am sorry for taking this long to post it
I have the ideas but I am not yet convinced at the story.
I am just lost of ideas...I don't even know what to write about now asides the story though I have not gone half way with the story, maybe because am bored and so can't just think straight because boredom gets me exhusted. We have spent this lockdown period together and it was fun...the fight against spammers, the talks and chats via comment and others, they were all fun
to be sincere if not for the fact that we earn here, many people including myself will not be here including myself, we all claim that we have gotten a new course to be here, maybe and maybe not. I also made such claims, but are they really true, is the earning not still behind it, if not for earning will we even be here at the first place?

Why no comments on articles?
According to my observation, there is little or no participation on articles and I found out that it is because of the fact that there is no pay for making.
According to my understand on what I read from the random rewarded, the upvote you get on an article depends on how interesting it is to the readers... How will you show that an article is interesting to you as a reader if not with your comments, we can help one anotherat this point, make comments on articles
I also think that too long articles also add to having little or no participation, I am not saying you should not write long articles, you can but don't make it too long consider the readers... I know we are making it too long to catch the attention of the random rewarded and it has worked for some. But it will only earn u little.
We all can help each other get good upvotes from the random rewarder by making comments on one another's
And please let us not make the post too long so that people can read and make comments, one might be fatigued and after reading one post, due to the length, may just drop the idea of attending to his/her notifications and when next he comes, there is already too many notifications and then he just marks all as

The best thing to do when lonely
before I begin my article, I will like to apologize for not keeping up to my promise to those who read the short post before this article. many will tell you that being lonely is when u don't have friends, but is that true, don't you feel lonely amongst your friends sometimes
loneliness is when you have no one to go to, you may have them, but you are afraid to tell them how u truly feel because u feel they might run away...loneliness does not really have to do with the number of people you know, it is about having the right people that will understand and always stand by you no matter the condition you are in your inner circle. But this kind of people are hard to find
"loneliness is a human condition, cultivate it. The way it tunnels into you gives room for your soul to grow, never expect to outgrow loneliness nor expect that everyone will understand you else you will grow sad with disappointment and that is where loneliness sets in.
If you are lonely, turn off all the lights, make sure the room is dark, and watch horror movie and after that, you will always feel that someone is behind you😁😁... just kidding
the best thing you will ever do is to understand yourself and a lonely time is the best time to do that through self-analysis. we all have the ability to engage in self-healing through contemplation and self-analysis

today marks my fourth week here, that's almost a month but nothing to show for it, though I try my best, I write articles, read and comment on other people's article, but still, I have nothing to write home about...honestly speaking, for this period of four weeks that I have spent here, I have neither made up to $7 nor 60 subscribers.
for those who are used to me, you might think I have got more than this, but no...isn't that discouraging?...but the question is did I let it discourage me, no, but it almost did because I became inactive for some time, but even with that, I can not just have a day without thinking of or visiting Read.cash, my heart and mind is still with read.cash
sometimes, I ask myself...why am I here, is it worth to be here, is it worth for me to dedicate my time and effort here? The answer I keep getting is positive
I have earned friends, knowledge and even improved on my writing skills, and I think all these are the great things I have here...but is it not also important that you get good payment for your time and effort? yes it really is
the money that you and I get here not the issue, but the issue is that why are we here...generally, we are here for one another...we are a family here, without me or anybody to read, then there wouldn't have been me or anybody to write
but personally speaking, each of us has our various and different reasons, I learned my reason from the name read.cash the first day I came...READ(write, read, comment, learn, interact) and CASH(you earn), but then my primary reason is the read before the cash...that is why it was not called cash.read.I came to inspire and be inspired, to teach and be thought, interact and make friends...even if we don't get to see each other🤭🤭

Dimming screen brightness helps sight
So many of us believe the fact that dimming your phone's screen brightness helps your sight, but I am telling you that that's not true, it is only true when you do that at night when everywhere is dark and the brightness of you screen is too much
Rather than help your sight, it will damage it... How? When you dim the screen especially during the day time, you strain your eyes to see what is on the screen and this can also lead to a headache. So instead of dimming phone brightness, leave it on the ideal screen brightness which blends with the light around you and this is okay for your eyes
Charging your phone overnight will damage its battery
Well this is also a myth, some people might say this is true, but charging your phone overnight does not damage its battery
Our phones are termed 'smart' for a reason and among the smart functions is that ability of the phone to detect or recognize that its battery is fully charged and at once it stops incoming current at once, without your assistance... How will the battery get damaged... What really damages the battery is when you allow it to drain to 0% too often
Close the apps that are not in use, to save battery life
Many of us will actually agree with the above statement, it seems very logical and you may actually think that the more apps running, the more the work for the phone and then more battery life used... But no that is not the case, all apps are automatically closed and if you interfere by doing the same process manually, then you are actually making your phone loose more power.

2 things we don't know about xender
I hope we are all familiar with xender, xender as we all know is a default app made in China for sharing file from one device to another, but I want to tell you today that xender can do more than that... Some of is might already know what I want to talk about, but this features of xender I want to talk about now is only present in the latest edition of the app
Save and share IG photos and videos
Yes, xender can now be us3d to save Instagram posts, so instead of install instadownloader and other apps to download your Instagram posts, why not try xender which serves you multiple purposes; share files, save IG posts and the last one which I will talk about soon

Something you may not know about Happiness(my idea)
For me happiness is a state where a person has positive or pleasant emotions towards life ranging from contentment to intense joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction, and well-being.
Happiness is not just about smiling but having that feeling of satisfaction within ourselves. In our society today, we only focus on the unrealistic positive expections, that is the things we can't achieve or are supposed to be: be richer, smarter, more famous and all that, but the best is for us to be ourselves and the best we can and be happy with
But come to think of it, most life advice and positive self-help kind of stuffs we get are mostly focused on what we lack as a person and as a community, but no happy person will be bordered about such things because, a happy person is okay and satisfied with himself.
People will want you to believe that the key to goof life is to have more, more things than those around you: buy more, own more and make more... But ask your self, is that really the key to good life, no it is not but happiness is... Some of those who have more are not happy which means they are not living good. Once you are not happy even in all your welthiness, then your life is not complete
Happiness is what makes one complete and live a good life, one thing about being bordered about wanting to have more is that it can affect your mental health, how, it makes you attached to the superficial and dedicate more time and everything to chase material things.
Why border about those things that will make you feel incomplete, thereby making you unhappy,rather you should be satisfied with yourself, who you are, where you are from, what you have and even how you look and you will be happy.
but what do we border about you might ask... I tell you border about the things that are true, immediathe and important. And lastly, to be happy is a good mindset and personality.Its the satisfaction on what we have and what are the situation of our life is.Cause happiness cant meaure on those material things that we have but the love,acceptance and support of our love ones and family was the most matters to be have that happininess within ourselve.
