When we donate to a community, one of the major things we do it for is "earth."
We donate to earthly causes, such as saving the planet by planting trees, saving the ducks, saving the polar ice caps, saving the bananamonkeys or kangaroopowowo.
And thus far, those donation communities have truly done what they promised they will.
But now, what is the effect?
When one looks at the causes such as "we are going to plant so many trees" and "we are going to "save the polar icecaps from melting down and killing the ice land inhabitants", there usually isn't the actual effect it will have written down - we just know the cause.
The hard, cold truth is that they don't do very much.
Yes, they can help - that I will admit. But how much they help is not much of a value when compared to the amount of damage we do to it every single day.
For example, before the modern-era industrialization, in 1985, when global warming was not much of a concern, the pollution rate as well as the carbon-to-oxygen ratio was almost 1/5 of the rate as of now, in 2020. Now, even with all the efforts that humanity has done, such as planting trees, the rate is 5 times of that than before all these industrialization.
Now, you might ask, is there nothing we can do to save it?
Of course there is, but it will cost all of us.
We will lose our high, steady flow of electricity, and the goods prices will go up, (because factories won't be able to produce as much), and everything will be just more expensive.
That will be the sure-fore way to "save the earth"
But obviously we can't do that.
In conclusion, the short, hard, cold truth is that even though humans are now trying to save earth through various methods, they don't do much, and are nothing compared to what our industrialization is doing to the earth - like pouring cup of water into forest fire.
I think we are all responsible for keeping the earth in good condition we must take care of our mother 🌎.
