Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Most people infected with the virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. However, some will become seriously ill and require medical attention. Older people and those with underlying medical conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, or cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. Anyone can get sick with COVID-19 and become seriously ill or die at any age.
The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the disease and how the virus spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by staying at least 1 metre apart from others, wearing a properly fitted mask, and washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently. Get vaccinated when it’s your turn and follow local guidance.
The virus can spread from an infected person’s mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe. These particles range from larger respiratory droplets to smaller aerosols. It is important to practice respiratory etiquette, for example by coughing into a flexed elbow, and to stay home and self-isolate until you recover if you feel unwell.

Gloomy Sky
These past few days , every afternoon, the clouds become gloomy because of the rain that is begin to fall. This is usually happen when we our at our typhoon . This is not usual to happen since this months we are experiencing calamities.
Gloomy sky in a morning day make our day comfortable ,we feel the breeze of the air touches our skin ,our body become cold as the wind make an extra cooler in our body to cool down our mind ,emotion and spiritual aspects .We are going to breathe in and out to remove all the toxics into our body.
The weather feel us quite and at peace and realize so many things ,they comfort us of peace of mind and realization of things about everywhere.
The gloomy sky teaches that when the dark times make a silouhette into our day don't make it the reason to be sad enjoy the day and make them realize that even the darkest can be the biggest brightest.🤪♥️
Everyday is a Beautiful Day
Have you ever wondered why God gave us this kind of life? We all know that our life or current situation life is not as the same of everybody living on this Earth. We all have differences regarding on our status in life but in the eyes of our Almighty God we all the same .
Waking up each day and still alive is a precious day for us. Plus,plus if we are healthy and have no sick. We should thankful for that.
But even if the life sucks us for a while ,and give us dark times we still have a beautiful day .It is our choice how our day to be beautiful but everyday God gave us a beautiful day.

September 14
Long vacation is done ,we are here again especially for those college , students like me who will start their classes tomorrow. We are starting our day to wake up early ,setup our gadgets for the online classes. As for now we will meet our blockmates via video call ,zoom or other educational platforms.
It is quite hard for some who cannot afford the fast and reliable internet connection also the fee for loads and internet ,but still they are striving hard to make their knowledge and to change the world in the future.
As we conquer the new normal setup of education system for this semester. I hope my co college students like me will survive this education amidst of Corona Virus.
We are the generation which can probably change the world . We are the chance of our world to make difference in the future .
Together with our weapon of knowledge and skills and attitude we will be competitively and empowered to face the reality of life .

Promises
When is the last time you make promises to someone? What would be the result of that promises ,they break it or not?
I think promises would be reliable if it is pure and genuine to someone who said that. And we will appreciate that promises if someone do it because they wanted to prove to you how they intentions are pure and sincere if they do not it only in words but also in actions.
Promise means,expected to happen ,that is why one of the powerful words is Promise because once we promise we must do it . Because once it is break ,there is have a large impact in our soul. Sometimes it may cause to reduce our trust to someone.
And the latter part,there is also the way that we do not totally believe in them because we waited for it to happen and it is happen for nothing .
Just like in love ,once we promise to someone we must do it ,because it is painful for us if someone do not make their promises in one big single mistake.
We do not force them to love us with all promises but once you both make your decisions to stay and Promise together that that there is happy to both of you. That is the pure and genuine ,faithful promise we have.🥰♥️

Colors of the study
Once upon a time there was a naughty child where about to study because he is going to school...
Study time ,make boring for some children if there is something to do to make them engaged. Like my cousin who is very busy coloring colors although it looks like boring he can make it fun.
He draws alphabets using the pencil and color it according to the color he choose. He is naughty while learning but when I look at him he is dedicated to learn.
Schooling were near soonest and we should prepare the kids for the best knowledge that they will learn from school and house.
It is hard to teach children if they have sort of tantrums, attitude, but once they cope with us they will learn easily.
"Ang kabataan ang pag - asa Ng bayan " and we believe in that ,we should teach them while they are younger for they able to learn quickly and and adjust in the changing world. They are the next generation ,making difference soon.
Studying is fun ,but stressful sometimes but when we finish it . That is the bittersweet success of our lives. Don't waste the time to study it is our treasure.♥️
Kindness
Even if how the world tear up us down ,our kindness is still inside of us .
Our life is merry go round ,we need to circle the intense play of the life to make ourselves to be a better human. We experience troubles ,pain ,heartaches even if we are not doing nothing . Life challenge us how to be strong despite of those challenges.
Kindness means for me is being kind always even if the people around him/her was bad at him/her. They are still kind even if they heard bad about them. They are still calm ,kind,even if they stabbed back or even the people who dislike them. Also who is willing to help without any reward ,it is came from his/her heart and will of choice.
We are kind in our own ways ,it depends on us how we handle it and how we stay kind for those people who do not appreciate our kindness. Life is not always agree with us time to time that is why there is some people always on top and some are just making their success in life. Life is a survival of the fittest ,weak is not allowed just breakdowns but still fighting.
Once we accept the differences of the life is ,the situation is ,we will spread our kindness everywhere because we understand them.
We are the Maries of our Papa God. So,Spread kindness even if big or small.
There is a rainbow after the rain
" The greater your storm,the brighter your rainbow."
But why it is happen after the rain according to studies "**After it rains**, the air in the atmosphere is filled with raindrops. Each raindrop acts like a tiny prism. Well,that is the power of everything in this world . We should move in the right path of success ,because every failures in life have a token of success.
When we dream big , our motivation are also big because our mindset sets to its goal and the goal is how we make our downs become successful.
Our life is not an always for granted ,we should mako a difference and make it happen.

Maze of success
If life is a game ,for me it would be a maze ,why,because going to the right path or finish line is not an easy way. We need to circle the labyrinth of life which is roundabout depends on how hard we make it.
In life,it is not an easy way to make into success ,always we know that I'd we wanted to reach the success it takes time to be in there position. It is a bittersweet success if we conquer the downs and failure of life that is the true essence of success.
In each station of a maze game there is waiting a hint ,reward for the next step. Just like in life ,we need to pause for a while ,take a break ,feel the endeavor of energy to make and have full effort for the next area.
But in life ,also like a maze we do not need to stay too long inside ,we should find a strategy ,use our mind how to make out for a shortest time . Like in life ,we need to improve ourself ,our life because we are not staying in one place ,we should find a way to make our life change . The shorter the time the winner.
Once we find the finish line of life ,we are aim the victory ,we already find the success. For about uncertain inside while we are dealing in the game of life ,struggles,sweat, losing hope is our weakness but once we are dedicated and hungry into a success that we wanted to achieve all the hardships are worth it.
We should not stock in one place .We should make our life into better place . Having a beautiful life is a challenge for us but once our dedication and willingness to change our lives nothing is impossible. Don't be blind in a game. Take risk ,find strategy ,heart ,effort and with the guide of people around us and our God. Nothing is impossible .If they can ...

Plant of hope
Nowadays, many of us wanted a plants ,it is now trend in our society ,almost of us wanted to plant a vegetables,flowers ,fruits ,just a simple plant ,ornamentals etc. It gives relaxing ,stress free mood when we seen the plants outside our home or even inside our house.
Plants make our day realized that there is a hope in everyday ,even if it the leaves of the plant started to get turned into brown and looks like weak and pale that it is wanted to leave into the stem . Once there is an effort and motivation to go back it into a fine green one there is a hope into it.
Just like what I have been captured ,that is my plants ,the one is good and the is bad but even if the one plant is into struggle and looks like weak ,I never discouraged that it will dead after all. I am still hoping that through my great effort it will back into a fine green plant like the good one.
Like in our life ,once we feel we are lost ,weak ,tired that we wanted to leave the world because of the problem do not lose hope make an effort and ways to change and back everything into normal . Street Foods Lover
Kwek-kwek,fishball,kikiam,squid ball , chicken skin,liver,barbecue ,those streetfoods are the best Filipino foods at all time. It is not an expensive food but can full the tummy of every Filipino people also the foreigners who wanted to taste the Filipino dish like streetfoods.
It is been grilled by the used of charcoal and fire it up to be cook. It is aroma make the every Filipino become full even if not spending too much money.
It is can be our lunch ,dinner according to our trips also it used as the the dating foods of every couples who wanted a simple celebration in their monthsary,anniversary,out dinner etc. I would say it is the perfect simple date at all time,I bet. It is budget friendly but tastes good.
But eating too much streetfoods is not allowed because it can affect our body . According to studies,it is cancerous like Colon cancer etc.so we should eat in moderation.
For the streetfoods Lover out there ,for now stay at home ,we should not expose ourselves outside ,we will make a streetfoods eating soon as the pandemic more flattened .

Moment of Truth
We have been quarantine for about half months , we learn and discover something new for our staying in our home. We learn good things but counterpart we learn and discover bad things.
But what is the moment of Truth that I am talking about ? It is the back to school program amidst of pandemic especially for the college students like me who are going back to class next week . We should prepare ourselves for the online class . It is the same us we are going to school face to face but we need to be more prepare because we need to setup and fully charged our phones,laptops etc.
We need to go bath also but for some I don't think so. We need to take breakfast early in the morning but if your teachers allowed to eat while having video discussions that is fine. I hope that will happen to me because I know I am the one who cook for the breakfast .
We need to be flexible, because we are staying at home we need a stable imternet connection but I hope some instructors understand if their student didn't make a call time to time .
Amidst of the pandemic we need still to learn for able to be still competent and knowledgeable while inside the house and we learn something new. Then ,when we go outside world and the world as its peace and safe we are ready to face the new challenge of life . Online study and home schooling is not new since but for this academic year almost us we need to conquer this .

Today , I just wanted to share how I am grateful that I met again my love ,we are have a short limited time today to be together but we make sure that we are going to be spent our time together and indeed , Yes.
