Stand Your Ground With Bitcoin Cash
The Bitcoin Cash community is early Bitcoiners focused on developing a state-of-the-art network. Leaders with influence, knowledge, and a vision for Bitcoin Cash to succeed as P2P Electronic cash.
Bitcoin Cash removed malicious actors trying to take control or force taxes and change the fundamentals to gain more power in the ecosystem.
Everyone that joined Bitcoin between 2014-2022, was attracted by the prospect of profits. Everyone wanted to be a new millionaire but in the end, it wasn't just about the profit. As Bitcoin profited excessively almost anyone in it since 2009-2014, still most in the community didn't only imagine it as a Wall Street instrument of speculation.
It is diminishing for Bitcoin to be treated as a mere speculative asset, and the means of exchange features abandoned.
Bitcoin Cash Is The Competition (to fiat)
It took me 8 months in 2017 to find out BTC was pointless and could not reach any meaningful adoption, without centralized third parties controlling users' funds.
The vast propaganda by the BTC maximalists that is still ongoing has left its mark.
November or December 2017 was the moment of realization, though.
Bitcoin (the BTC fork) was simply broken. Transactions were caught in a full mempool and were pilling up for days. One of those was my transaction too and I had to pay about $50 fees and wait for days.
Bitcoin never scaled for reasons a beginner like me at that point could not realize, or even believe. Same is for
2021, was a repeat of 2017. Fees reached a new ATH of $60 and LN channels required a credit card to fill up, as expected.
Everyone that stayed with BTC after the 2017 fork did that for personal reasons, but not for the technology as it wasn't important anymore.
Gavin Andresen, Roger Ver, Vitalik Buterin have voiced their concerns in the past and their support to Bitcoin Cash.
In 2017, as a beginner trying to make sense, I was interested in the price action of my investment, but from my investing experience I knew already hype doesn't last. It can recycle a couple of times, but won't last in the long run.
This wasn't just BTC, I also traded BCH quite often as did with hundreds of cryptocurrencies.
The BTC maximalists were always around, though, in each chat room, every YouTube channel, and every crypto news outlet and media.
The Army of anti-BCH Trolls
(source)
The BTC side felt it required a vast network of anti-BCH trolls in Reddit and social media. Mercenaries, selling out values, and just spill hatred towards BCH. An army of aggressive trolls will always be there, any time Bitcoin Cash achieves significant exposure and publicity.
It is simply unproductive dealing with social media accounts that are paid to spread hate and social media or forums like Reddit do not defend their users against such spam.
A small example of this toxic spam is the comments on just one tweet:
This is the evidence one needs to realize Bitcoin Cash is on the right side of history. See how most of them are low-quality posters and how often they use the words "bcash" and "scam". It is how this propaganda network works.
Not a single one of these comments makes a productive argument. These are all low-quality hateful comments.
These are responses in just one tweet by Sal Mayweather with a purpose to trigger negative sentiment to Sal's followers. It is happening not just happening with Sal's tweets either. Anyone discussing Bitcoin Cash with favorable terms has to feel the wrath of this cluster of toxic accounts.
Who is behind this? -> Blockstream <-
Perhaps just one person with multiple bot-accounts with a Python script to automatically publish anti-BCH spam. Many of these accounts will never respond to interactions or questions.
Their purpose in this example is to stop Sal (and any other popular social media influencer) from discussing Bitcoin Cash.
The toxic anti-BCH comments plan to overwhelm the reader with negative sentiment and ignore Bitcoin Cash immediately.
Every time someone popular mentions Bitcoin Cash, this is what happens. A mob of random accounts paid to spam hostile and toxic messages appears.
After my Twitter account was unjustly reported months ago by this network of haters, I learned a few things.
Still, I don't have time to keep expose and reporting the toxic cheaters abusing Twitter with multiple accounts and ptc websites. Maybe I will do this in one of my posts, but I can't spend hours looking into the backgrounds of each account. This investigative work is counter-productive, though.
In Conclusion
When a network of payments (BCH) is so fiercely opposed by an army of anonymous social media accounts, this should raise some questions.
BTC is not the competition for BCH, since it has abandoned its currency features, but this is deeper.
BTC is not a currency anymore, this is common sense.
Bitcoin Cash is the competition to fiat currencies. Any propaganda targeting BCH is serving the sustainability of inflating fiat government money.
The anti-BCH accounts act in favor of the legacy financial establishment and against anything that can compete with it.
It was the same network of spammers attacking the early Bitcoin, perhaps until 2015, when Blockstream took control of developments and hijacked the brand. When Bitcoin (the brand and Core version) became controllable, the target was the rest alternatives. In 2017, after the Bitcoin fork, the target was obvious.
The same network of low-quality spammers attacks Bitcoin Cash for years, aiming to delay on-chain adoption of cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin Cash does not bend a knee to Wall Street, doesn’t sell out values, and today offers the most robust and decentralized P2P Electronic Cash System of payments to the world.

I agree, btc took several days to become a successful transaction unlike the p2p BitcoinCash is crazily fast and convenient. Haters bark because they don't know the potential of BCH💕.
