Perhaps an organization similar to the early Bitcoin Foundation or the Ethereum and Cardano foundations could be the best approach to handle the communications and marketing plan that will further enhance the public image of Bitcoin Cash.
With support from professional marketing, Bitcoin Cash can achieve attracting on-chain adoption in the state-of-the-art blockchain network it is building.

Bitcoin Cash has been experiencing tremendous development for years and there is an incredible amount of material to use in marketing. The problem is the traditional mainstream approach, demands the use of marketing agencies. With this approach the advertising cost is also reduced and the effects are multiplied increasing brand awareness and offering Bitcoin Cash as a top selection to cryptocurrency enthusiasts and retail or institutional investors.
Professional Marketing Will Further Enhance The Current Marketing Teams

The spirit of entrepreneurship, enriched by Bitcoin Cash, allows one individual to overcome obstacles, no matter the difficult financial and living conditions.
Max's story is content for the mainstream media and can even become a documentary with the positive message he sends.
Professional marketing agencies guarantee content like this will reach the right publications at the right time. We can crowdfund a documentary too, but it will have limited access to the channels that make such content widely popular.
The same is with BCH adoption in regions like Venezuela, the Caribbean, Australia, Asia, etc. The Caribbean is another successful story but still needs publicity to reach the millions of newcomers in crypto that don't have access to BCH news beside what the maximalist media are feeding them.
It is doing amazingly well, though, so just a small boost would suffice.
All BCH initiatives are creating marketing content and accomplishing wonders for adoption, although, this material remains suppressed even by the cryptocurrency news where we would have expected a more honest approach.
Hostile Crypto News and anti-BCH Rhetoric
This is where PR takes over. Maybe we can notice how this works with Cardano, when negative news emerges and how this community performs PR damage control.
All the crypto-news outlets were supposed to be supporting cryptocurrency enthusiasts making breakthroughs with adoption, but their motives are not as pure as many would have thought. Bitcoin Cash needs to oppose this news-suppression pattern BTC maximalists have enforced in cryptocurrency media.
When news is frequent and presented in mainstream media, then it will be difficult for Coindesk and Telegraph to ignore BCH or present it with a negative approach.
Cryptopanic, for example, is a crypto news aggregator that has purposedly buried Bitcoin Cash positive news from its feeds, directing Bitcoin.com news on BCH, together with random Tweets in the "all news" tab.
Somehow even this website has importance, though, and we can find multiple shills for Cardano, Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, IOTA, and other networks "pumping" the likes and bullish sentiment, while we also find the usual anti-BCH accounts and rhetoric.
The marketing agencies have ties with channels that will promote this content to the right people, and support Bitcoin Cash marketing within social media, market it with email promotion, advertisements, and other tools at their disposal. The marketing strategy can become explosive just with minor adjustments.
Bitcoin Cash is not covered by the popular crypto news outlets besides Bitcoin.com, any news is suppressed, and BCH meets a hostile network of spam and abuse by low-quality accounts.
I doubt anyone is willing to waste time and respond to this massive spam campaign.
It also seems that for these accounts, this is their daily job. They constantly spam anti-BCH comments, and I doubt anyone is finding it productive to respond with creative arguments to toxic trolls that sometimes are also admins in Reddit subforums like r/cryptocurrency.
SmartBCH
Throughout 2021 smart contracts networks received massive funding from Venture Capital firms and angel investors as well.
Wonder why Terra, Solana, Cardano, Polygon, Fantom, and more, outperformed the market and 100xed their market cap in just two years? It was the VCs funding and pumping billions in the underlying assets of these projects (read more: Venture Capital Funds and Smart Contract Networks).
BCH didn't attract any Venture Capital funds during 2020-2021, as it can't since there is no official foundation. And VCs often have demands a decentralized network can't deliver.
SmartBCH is a sidechain with a development team and a structure that could be able to enter discussions and negotiate terms not just with marketing agencies, but also with Venture capital and individual investors.
Billionaires like Mark Cuban and various funds are interested today in developments in Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain games, and smartBCH in terms of an organization is more similar to the (now) popular smart contract networks (Solana, Terra, Polygon, etc).
SmartBCH can be the key in opening up the VCs funding as well. It has the structure that can discuss and reach an agreement with VCs for multiple funding rounds, or discuss with PR and marketing agencies.
Probably smartBCH doesn't even need a marketing agency, but with this approach, it can attract funding similar to the billions of dollars that poured in the rest of smart-contracts networks.
SmartBCH is a massive asset BCH utilizes and is already delivering results but also contains massive potential compared to the achievements of similar networks.
Noise.Cash and Read.Cash
Noise.cash and read.cash are creating a new generation of BCH users and slowly many adapt in the mentality to keep BCH as an investment and use BCH for their purchases.
Of course, everyone will sell some BCH, perhaps some will sell all of it, even when the price is close to historic lows as they will treat these two platforms as ways to earn fiat money, even when fiat quickly evaporates lately with the hyperinflation rates we are about to face.
Both read.cash and noise.cash offer a way to earn some BCH. Moreover, these networks have added to the BCH userbase and created loyal fans.
These two networks are part of Bitcoin Cash marketing and supported the network adding transactions.
The uniqueness of these websites can't be replicated with the use of Bitcoin-BTC, Ethereum, or even Dogecoin. The current fees of these networks do not allow microtransactions and small tips.
Both read.cash and noise.cash are a testament to the successful scaling of Bitcoin with the Bitcoin Cash upgrade.
In Conclusion

The permissionless nature of Bitcoin Cash does not prevent a group of BCH investors from cooperating towards contacting marketing agencies and discussing terms. Maybe the formation of a centralized organization (foundation) will be necessary, though.
I don't think a 6 billion dollar market cap asset with a decentralized structure will be ignored by any marketing agency. Corporate rules bend when an opportunity appears, so even a simple foundation with limited operational cost can do the job.
The Bitcoin Cash decentralized structure doesn't change by forming an organization to support the BCH brand and help the positive news and developments reach the public.
SmartBCH could also become the foundation to represent the Bitcoin Cash marketing strategy and improve its publicity.
