I couldn't agree more. Those people who are brave enough to embrace our flaws are treasure and they're of rarity. Society's standards do left us the mentality that the accepted ones are those who have this flawless face, skin and body but that's not the point. We should keep in mind that we are not clay. Let's not change ourselves for appraisal because I know that somewhere out there we can find genuine people who'd accept you for who you are.

Only few people who will accept your true self maybe they're the ones who loves you the most, that you don't need to hide in your shell or try to fit in to others. Sometimes we downgrade ourselves because of the standards given by the society. We just need to accept what God has given to us.
