So, by the way, why haven't you become a millionaire yet? Do you think it's because you don't earn much? Nothing like this! It's not at all how much money you manage to get, but what and how you spend it day in and day out.
1. You are very worried about what your neighbors will think of you
If you decide to prove to all your neighbors that there is someone who, and you can definitely afford another expensive toy, this is a sure sign that you are wasting your money on things whose only purpose is to show off.
2. You are impatient
Before mankind came up with credit cards, it was quite difficult to spend more money than you have. Now everything is different. If you are constantly in debt on a loan due to the fact that you do not have the patience to wait for your next paycheck, know that while you are deep in debt, others will get rich at your expense.
3. You have bad habits
It doesn't matter if it is smoking, drinking, gambling or anything else. They take away a lot of money that could go towards strengthening your wealth. Some people just don't realize that their spending on bad habits ultimately far exceeds the amount they actually spend on them. Take smoking as an example: not only do you spend on cigarettes, you incur additional health insurance costs due to the increased risk of certain diseases. The same is true for real estate insurance.
4. You have no goals
It is extremely difficult to achieve financial prosperity if you have not been able to find a little time and decide what you want from this life. If you have not set a goal for yourself, you will have nothing to achieve. Simply saying, "I want to be a millionaire," is clearly not enough to be a billionaire. You should take the time to define the goals you want to achieve by saving and investing. The sooner you decide on the tasks, the sooner you will have a clear plan for how to accomplish them.
5. You have not prepared properly
Even the best people get into trouble from time to time. Therefore, if you do not protect yourself with insurance, any of your fortunes can disappear in an instant.
6. You are trying to make "quick money"
For the vast majority of us, wealth does not fall on our heads. You can argue that there are a dozen of people around who are lucky enough to win the lottery, but in fact, the likelihood of being struck by lightning is much higher than the likelihood of winning the lottery. The same can be said about the desire to invest money in such a way as to get a quick and high income.
7. You hope that someone else will take care of your money
You are sure that other people have much more knowledge and skills when it comes to money. Therefore, you always follow their advice when deciding on cash deposits. Most people prefer to make money for themselves and not for someone else, so when they tell you where to invest, they mean "best for them." Advice from outsiders is undoubtedly useful, but only as a source of new ideas. You must make the final decision yourself.
8. You invest in tools without understanding how they work
Someone told you that Unfrom Ramprakash made a lot of money from this. Therefore, you also decided to sit next to this feeder. If Uncle Ramprakash really was able to make money on this, it was only because he understood how his investments would work. Investing money in something without having the slightest idea of how your money will work, and comforting yourself with the thought that your friends have already done so, will not lead you to wealth.
9. You are afraid of financial risks
You are so afraid of losing all your money as a result of risky financial transactions that you keep all your savings under the mattress, not realizing that this is a sure way to lose money. Inflation will turn them to nothing in a few years. So why not try to put your savings where the rate of return outstrips inflation?
10. You don't give a damn about your financial condition
You are sure that since you earn enough, then your finances will somehow figure out what's what. In the sense that if you have any debts, they will automatically be paid off in the future. Unfortunately, in order to earn a serious fortune, everything must be carefully planned. Nothing will happen by itself. Most likely, not just one, but a whole range of reasons from this list are to blame for the fact that you still cannot call yourself a millionaire. Review all 10 points carefully.
Remember: It is within your power to become a millionaire, but you must be ready to cope with those moments that prevent you from doing it.
