I am also against the โฑ200.00 minimum wage hike. Kasi for example, as a business student, if tumaas ang labor cost ko from 31.01%, ang magiging solution ko is to layoff employees or increase the price of goods. Kasi, of course, hindi lang naman labor cost ang classified as cost, since may babayaran ka ring indirect cost and other costs. We also need to take into account na nag-i-increase rin yung presyo ng mga raw materials. In conclusion, wala rin siyang kuwenta.
The government should do is to use the taxes we pay wisely. For example, they should fund a good and free travel transportation. Instead na gagastos sila para lang pumunta sa work with hassle, gagamitin na lang nila yon for their savings. Parang sa sobrang dami ng tax na nakukulimbat ng gobyerno, imposibleng hindi nila kaya yon iimplement.

Akala ko nung una, scam yung binigay sa akin na 4k credit limit. Di kasi ako nagpasa ng proof of laiding ba yon tapos biglang na-aapprove. Nag-e-expect lang ako ng below 1k and nashock lang ako na 4k ibibigay. Well, I heard a lot of positive reviews from this loan app and gusto ko lang sa magtop-up ng 500 pesos sa credit ko kahit na wala pang 500 bibilhin ko.
Nashock lang ako na 1st day pa ng August yung bayaran hahha tamang tama at doon pa lang ako bibigyan ng allowance. Plus, gusto ko rin na 70 lang babayaran mo hahahhahahaha despite the fact na magastos rin yung fees magtransfer huhu. Sa last week na ako ng July magbabayad lol.
May capability naman ako magbayad to be honest since may allowance ako once makapagstart ako ng OJT plus may savings pa ako. Balak ko magloan ng 1,000 para sa Capcut ko na one year. If we do the math, ito yung pede ko masave.
If monthly:
(250.00 x 12) + 12% Tax = 3,360
If yearly:
1,520 + 12% Tax = 1,702.4
3,360 - 1702.4 = 1,657.6
So it means 50.67% ang masasave ko kung yearly ako magbabayad.
Tapos let's say na 413 installment for 3 months kapag uutang ka ng 1k sa GCash:
413 x 3 = 1,239
Yung tubo nila is 239 pesos and ang total lang na pede kong idown is 702.4.
Gusto ko lang sana umutang ron para hindi masyado mabigat babayaran ko. Plus, I'm using it for business purposes naman and mas mamomotivate ako maghustle kasi may iniisip kang obligation lol. Plus yung 239 na tubo is not that mabigat considering na 3 months mo lang siya babayaran.

I am so happy since I have 99% chance to graduate Cum Laude next academic school year. Grabe yung shock ko nung nakita ko to. I can't believe I survived this academic year, even though I juggled my work to meet my school needs.
Feasibility study is the subject that would be my biggest nightmare if I failed. I always tell myself that I should get at least 2.00 or 72.4 sa subject na ito para mag-Cum Laude ako. Wala na ako problems sa ibang sub, ito na lang. Thesis kasi to tapos kinakabahan ako kasi yung isa sana maglalatin dati, napatid dahil lang sa subject na to.
Lagi kong minomotivate na ayusin yung paglead ko rito kasi guguho lahat ng efforts ko if it failed. So far, sobra pa binigay nila and I got 1.75. Anlaki ng nagastos namin rito para lang magsucceed.
If confirmed, it would be historic sa campus namin kasi ako magiging kauna-kaunahang makakakuha ng Latin sa program namin. Walang gumraduate na Cum Laude sa previous batch and nakaraang batch kahit sa ibang campus sa marketing. So if this confirmed, I am happy since ito na yung moment na hinihintay ko.
As I finally concluded my academic year and OJT na lang kailangan kong gawin, I would like to thank God for taking me to this success. Three years ago, I remember that I almost had suicidal thoughts nung hindi ko na alam saan ako mag-a-aral. Walang exams dati sa school na isa kong pinasukan tapos yun lang talaga pinursue ko. Kahit waiting list, wala haha.
Now, I would like to thank my relatives for sustaining my needs. My parents couldn't help me financially with my studies, but I somehow feel their utmost support. I would also like to thank Ate MJ for the rockets. Napagsabay ko yon panes.

Medyo nafufrustrate ako na walang pumapasok na pera sa akin ngayon. May savings pero alam kong hindi yon kayang isustain. Sana may continuous na pera na pumasok sa akin. Grabe parang magsisimula ulit ako sa una. Nawala yung dalawang main source of income ko tapos yung isa is alam kong barya barya lang.
Since bakasyon na namin, I think it's the right time for me to restart and embrace new beginnings.. May experiences na ako at maganda rin ang naging academic background ko. May laptop ako, may iPad ako, may WiFi ako at may cellphone ako. I think it's not a hindrance for me to expand my horizons.
A while ago, may nagsend sa amin ng parang self-evaluation sheets. Feeling ko finafinalize na nila yung mga aawardan sa April. Tapos nung nakita ko yon, napabalik ako sa memories ko and I saw this post. Ito yung time na naabot ko yung isa sa mga pangarap ko. Maraming naghahangad sa amin pero tinrabaho ko ng maiigi kaya ko siya naselyuhan.
If I achieve this award again, I guess magiging a memorable ito sa akin. I already imagined myself na may tears of joy. Ito yung academic year na pinilit kong pagsabayin yung part-time jobs plus studies. Kasi life is not just about academics, right? I guess I was able to juggle it. What's more pa kung maging best thesis kami? If that's the case, sobrang magiging thankful ako for guiding us.

A month ago, I managed to save money for my ergonomic mouse and chair. I know that I will use for my work.
This month, I want to purchase printer once I got my first salary. I have a lot of things to purchase.
Maybe I just need to calm myself for this day or I just lacked of energy.
A week ago, I was offered a position as a sports writer for a start-up media company. So far, I like how my boss is trying to adjust my schedule. Perhaps we can't communicate since they are just building the entire company.
If I am in the marketing section, I might have a lot of ideas to offer. I don't want to meddle since it is not a part of my work.
During this achievement, I realized how providing value is powerful. Referrals and connections are truly important if you want to excel. So far, the workload is manageable, and my other schoolwork is adjustable.

This year, I achieved a lot of things. I was awarded Academic Achiever Rank 1, maintained my Dean's List requirement (road to laude na this๐ค), and got three passive incomes (may padagdag pang dalawa since may inalok ulit virtual friend ko). I don't know what you have achieved in 2024, but take this opportunity to be proud of your progress.
Anyway, I hope we all share the same fate of luck. Maybe not like I dreamed of since we have different priorities and goals. Yet, I hope that you will reach it.

This is a weird way to cope with my feelings since my dog has just suddenly gone. It's been my three-year routine to stroll him around the area. My mother just saw him lying on the ground like this a while ago, and insects already surrounded him. I feel bad for him, though. Thank you for guarding us all day and being my companion for more than three years. I treat him like a son/best friend at such a young age. We already buried him, and we can confirm that he's already died since he became heavier.

Two years ago, I failed to secure a slot on my dream university and course. Gusto ko sana mag-try sa isang malapit na university rito kaso tapos na pala exam nila. Late ko na siyang nalaman.
Sobrang nanlumo ako non kasi hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupulutin. Wala na kasing state university na puwede kong pasukan. Wala tuloy akong choice kundi mag-private.
Nung nasa private na ako, unti-unti kong na-realize bat nangyari yon sa akin.
- Hindi ko masyadong ma-e-enjoy college life ko kung four days per week class ko.
- Hindi ako magiging consistent dean's lister kung natuloy ang pagiging BSA ako.
- Hindi ko mararanasan manalo sa isang regional quiz bee competition kung nakapasa ako sa dream university ko.
