Observe Regular Toilet Habits

Keep your bowel movement regular - whether it is once a day, every other day, or even every three days. Peristalsis is usually strongest in the morning. This is why it is easiest ta move your bowels before or use after breakfast. Drinking a glass or two ol water upon waking up helps in your bowel improvement.

Drink Plenty of Water

You lose about four glasses of water a day. This should be replaced by drinking beverages or plain water it is a good habit to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. During hot weather, you may take an extra glass of water.

Eat a Proper Diet

Your meals should include foods that make bowel movement easier - those that contaminate water in some form. Can you name some?

The muscles of your abdomen help in the easy elimination of gas and stool. You should have proper exercise to strengthen your abdominal muscles.

Proper exercise also helps eliminate excess water, salt, and waste cells from the blood through the sweat glands.

thank you so much for a very informative article it helps me a lot most of the time i dont have regular bowel movement and usually i drink juices and ice tea rather than water thats why most of the time i had urinary tract infection that bothered me a lot been constipated too, i found out that skipping meals is a result of being constipated.
