Can I make it?

I hope you all are doing fine amidst of the shortcomings and uncertainties we may feel day by day. Always remember that a positive life is a happy life. β¨
Is it just me? Or you do the same? Like you save things from social media or from anywhere about doing a healthy lifestyle. Like, you will use them as your guide to start working out, have a toned body, have the set of food to eat that is good for your health. And everything that is actually really the ideal way of living. Because if you'll ask me, I will say yes. I have a lot of things saved on my notes, a lot of screenshots, and a lot of video clips.
But you know what, I haven't started any yet. I mean, self. Hello? When you're gonna start?
I actually do such thing before. That was when the lockdown started. But I stopped as it actually makes me tired preparing all things and all. That all I wanted to do is lie down on my bed and do nothing. Which doesn't help me at all.
And just now, while doing a preshift overtime at work, I realized why not do it for real this time? Put the reason at mind and heart why you are doing this, and let's see the result in a month.
So here's the list of things I wanted to do day by day. I want to make the every day I have well spent and productive.
Make sure to eat dinner and drink milk two hours before bed time. It is my fault actually for not eating dinner almost everyday. I do not know but I cannot get to sleep right away if I am full every night and that I always have bad dreams too. But you know, it just made me sick as in the morning I'll get too much hungry and there I'll have a head ache.
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This. I really have a difficulty doing this one. I used to actually drink water the first thing in the morning and before bed, but I do not know it just changed a lot. And sometimes, I do not even drink water after eating. Like, this is so wrong. And I need to discipline myself for this.
No phones early in the morning. I am really having a difficulty not doing this. Like, the reason I can wake up is because of the alarm. And instead of getting up and do stretching early in the morning, what I do is scroll and scroll and scroll and ended up do nothing for the whole day. Like I know it is very unhealthy to do so. So I wanted to practice myself not doing it anymore.
Do some stretching and exercise. As what I mentioned above, the first thing I should do in the morning is stretching. And hopefully I can make it this time. And I wanted to do some planking and squats at least. One step at a time.
That's it. Do you think I can make it?
