It's Okay To
I noticed these days everyone seems like exhausted than they really are, feels like they trying their best just to survived for a day, even we know that we are so worn out like we don't feel like we are living but just existing and just seizing the day.
This not just some motivational or inspiring post but I just want to tell you all that it's okay it's okay to not be okay, sometimes there are days that we feel like nothing is going on right on our way and it's okay...
It's okay to...
Take a break
It's okay to rest or to halt for a mean time, our body and mind is our asset and giving breaks even for just a while is what we really need, we just know that we are so burn out for all the happenings and everyrhing around us, sometimes it's okay to have a little halt and to rest ourselves. Don't put too much pressure on yourself if you are worn lut and tired remember that we are just humans, and humans have limitation we get tired so we need a rest and a break from our world, maybe enjoy a peaceful sleep, or a nap, or just take a sip of coffee or what ever that will relieve yourself do it.
Cry
This is what I tell always in some of my articles, just cry if you want to and you are feeling to, don't hold back your tears because it might just fed you into a deep sorrow that in anytime you just might burst out, so if you feel like crying then go let it all out, release those sadness, sorrow, and weights you are feeling, just cry until you feel okay again, don't be embarrassed and don't hide those tears, swear that crying is the one of the best way to release those burden feeling we have in ourselves.
Not feel okay
Not everytime we are on the highs of our life sometimes there are days that we will experience on our lowest and we don't have a choice but to deal with it until we begun to rise up again, it's okay to not be okay sometimes, we just need to feel that we are also human, we are fragile, yet we are strong, it's ironic isn't it? Those people who looks so strong in the outside is the one who are so fragile in the inside, and it's normal, sometime we just need to ridealong the waves of our journey and feeling not okay is part of it, maybewe should just find ways to go with the flow.
Cut toxic connections
Unfriend, block or unfollow what ever you fewl like when you know that this peraon wouldn't helo you to grow or doesn't have anything to do with your life just full of toxicity then cut it as early as you can, people will say but it's non of their business unless you are no longer connected to toxic environment or tocic people, yet sometimes you feel like we ourselves are the own toxic one then we need to xut those toxicity that we did and let go from all of it, those people and things that we let go are no longer part of our present, they are juat memories from the past and never ever regret on letting them go, it's okay to cut toxicity on our system and surroundings.
Say "No"
This is what I tell you a number of times, that saying no is okay and don't blame yourself and guilt trip yourself for not giving them a favor, sometimes saying no is the start of something that will help you, it's okay to be a helping hand but don't be always act one because people might take you for granted, show kindness to those who deserves it.
I know I said some of this in my recent article but seems like me myself barely need this right now, I feel like this reality exhaust me and it really makes me feel empty sometimes, this not just a common rants but yeah I feel like I need to vent out some of my frustration in this present happenings, nah or maybe I just wrote in on my diary instead hehez
