Today is another beautiful day to appreciate our existence on the surface. I can wake and write this and so you are reading it too. All thanks to the source that created life.
Yeah, it's the weekend again. Just like yesterday, we prepared for another Monday. So fast in the blink of an eye, it is already another weekend. How do you plan on having the weekend? With families and friends? A date night? Tourism and excursions? Staying alone at home and having some rest?
Whichever way you have chosen to take the weekend make sure you have the best of time for yourself. Remember your life first!
I have a lot of laundries to make. So after writing βοΈ this I would try to wash some of them and then have some sleep. Today is almost gone again π’ π’
What's worth waiting for in life?
Is it a good day, a bad day? Maybe you have a special day. Maybe it's the first time you'll go to your favorite restaurant. Or maybe you had a really bad night and you want to feel better tomorrow. Whatever it is, you just need to learn to say the right things to get the most out of your life. The best way to do this is to just do it. It's not that hard. And it might be one of the best things you can do in your lifetime.
Here's how:
If you feel like it's time to start. I'll give you a hint. Every single time I start something, I always come back to it later. So get started right now. Start saying the things that make you happy and feel good about your own life, and maybe just one day you will have more of that.
We all have those times when things are going well, but you don't feel the way you used to. You feel down and tired. This can be very good. Because this feeling is the beginning of a bigger change in you. When you start saying and feeling the positive things in yourself, it will change your mood, your body, the thoughts you think about yourself. That is going to make your whole life better. For example, if you are feeling good, start by saying to yourself "I'm really happy right here". This will help you to change your mood. Then, when you're feeling down, just say to yourself "It's okay. Just take a few deep breaths".
Also, try saying something like "That's all I want right this minute". It might help to remind yourself that you want this. Some people can't say anything negative at all. But you need to be able to have positive thoughts.
Even if it doesn't make sense, say it anyway. A negative thought is just like trying to tell yourself things like, "This is not a big deal. Just do this one thing then it'll all be over." Ask yourself, What would I do if this never happens
Sometimes in life, you have to be a motivational speaker to yourself.
βDo not worry. Not at all. Do not worry about it. It is something that I can deal with. I will get through it because I have so much faith in myself and my abilitiesβ. I think that's why it's a good idea to get it out there and try to tackle it with confidence and strength. Not that it is going to be easy. But I bet if you did it right you wouldn't have a problem.
Life is a bed of roses and thorns.
There was a day I was outside our home try to have some fresh air. Some goats were moving around the streets. They were having the best of their time. Playing and hitting each other with their horns. I was still looking at them and felt the happiness of life even animals can feel it. Living their lives with less or no worries. Such is life.
Moments later, I could hear the screams of the Mother goat running around. I stood up and took some steps outside to see what could have caused the goat to scream. On getting to the street, I found out one of its kids was dead. It got hit by a bike man. What a pity!
Then I realized happiness could be for a short while after that anything could follow.
The goats I felt happiness in their lives just recently had to experience the sorrow of losing one of them.
They had to feel the negativity in their lives too. Itβs a pain to them but they had to move on.
After the kid was moved always to afar then the mother goat stopped the scream moments after and they continued with their lives
I would say life is a beautiful mess. We experience many things while we live and just as you mentioned, changes usually start when we feel not so good because we get to reflect on things and then try to shift a little or even more.
