You are not beautiful.
You are not loved.
You are the worst.
You have nothing.

It hurts as if a thousand daggers dragged into your heart. But it's nothing as compared to the real you. No matter how harsh others are in dealing with others, there is still something in your eyes that could leave anyone's heart beating, for you are beautiful just the way you are.

It is always in the eyes of the so-called beholder, as they say. Yes, it is true. But it could mean more than the outer appearance. The inner beauty should be more substantial because it reflects who you really are. What will you do to your outer beauty, if you do not know to use it the right way?

Unrealistic beauty standards are way too widespread in the society we live in. Regarding these expectations and standards that were set, they have always been disturbing to women's self-esteem. What is even worse is that it can lead them to make unsound decisions about their own individual selves.

Every woman, not just to a few groups, should be embraced by the beauty standards we have in the society.

There is also this beast hiding in everyone's inner thoughts. If you activate what triggers it, then you may see how capable are you in dealing with others with that beast running in your system. It is not bad to be bad sometimes - even if you are the most beautiful person in the whole wide world, just make sure you are in the right spot to do it and as long as it does not degrade anyone nor cause damage to anything. How is it related to beauty? Well, its definition always varies. It depends on how you take it or how you perceive it.

How long has it been since beauty become a standard? I do not know. But what I am sure of is that we live in a society where some people will blame you for having flaws. Some may even make fun of others just because of their appearance. Some even throw words that are already beyond the line. But regardless of what it is, live your life the way you wanted it. Show to them your inner beauty and let it speak for itself. The rest will be history.

Cultural, personal, international, universal, or whatever your perception about beauty, just remember this thing- everyone deserves cultural enlightenment and social justice.

So the next time you look in the mirror, do not look for flaws. Instead, reflect on yourself, including your inner beauty, and learn to appreciate every single trait you have. Be it physically, emotionally, spiritually, among others. Because everyone deserves better. Do not make the physical beauty as the number one standard in anything. Instead, look for the beauty within each person and judge them by their capabilities, not just the way they look.

It is not just a tale that is as old as time. It is more than true, the better as it can be. We are not even friends, but I believe in you. Something can bend unexpectedly, telling you to give it a try to be just yourself-no pressure, just your own self, and style. Because no matter what the rest will tell about you, you can be more beautiful and better by being the best version of yourself.

It is actually my first time joining her writing prompt. I always see other users write theirs about it, and so I thought to myself to why not give it a try? I make it simple to raise awareness that simplicity is beauty and to make this first time compelling enough to read. I don't want to impress. I just want to express.
