Today you will learn about how to control your mind, how to control your thoughts.It is written in various books that it is not possible to control the mind but it is not difficult.But you also know that if you can control your mind, you can solve many problems.Now you think the question is why it is important to control the mind?If we cannot control the mind, it will never be stable.With fixed intellect you can never do anything.If you can't control your mind then this will be the most destructive power for you.That is why it is so important to have control over your mind.If we cannot control our own mind then the mind will control us and our intellect.A controlled mind can do any hard work with a calm mind.

Now we come to know the tips through which we can control our own minds.Tips Number One, Believe Yourself. You may be wondering what kind of tips it might be.If we want to do something and if we want to succeed in that work, we must first believe in ourselves.Suppose you want to be an engineer. So before you become an engineer you have to believe in yourself that you can be an engineer.If you believe in yourself that you can do this job. Then you will practice more and more to do that work.A lot of times we get over confident of ourselves because of this we lose and we fail in that task.So we have to make the right decision. There is no point in showing overconfidence in a job that I can't do.Dipu No. 2 is Optimistic.

Optimistic means looking at everything positively.Whatever the situation, good or bad. We must always choose the good from the good and the bad.Tips number three is to do meditation.Being always stressful causes mountains of thoughts to accumulate in our brains.There is no way we can get out of that pile of thoughts. And we should all meditate regularly to get out of that pile of thoughts.Almost everyone knows the benefits of meditation. It is very important to keep yourself away from worries.Not only this, if you get angry for small reasons then meditation will also benefit you.Tips number four is find solutions .

Find out the reason for thinking that without thinking unhabit. And try to solve.There will be no profit by thinking and angry. You are losing the power to find solutions by thinking and angry.Many times we suffer from anxiety and depression. At that time we have to find a solution without falling depression.And the number 5 tip is to keep yourself busy.Keeping yourself busy and showing real are two different things. If you keep yourself busy to fulfill your own dreams, and do the work of showing people, these are two different things.In the words of the factory of the world. So keep yourself busy than not sitting.Tips number 6 is don't jump to the conclusion.

We all have a purpose. We keep working with that purpose in mind.But sometimes we deviate from our purpose in order to reach that conclusion.When you have decided something, do it. There is no need to think about these conclusions.

Being calm in unfavourable situations isn't easy but we just have to learn it as it will allow us make logical decisions in stead of making decisions out of emotions which may be disadvantageous in the long run.

Not all situations need noise. At times, the situation may be really hurting so we should just stay calm by taking a deep breathe and thinking of the next step forward instead of clamouring on what is happening. We should always learn to be calm
