Unfortunately there's not much we can save from my uncle's house, they only had cheap furniture, after years of dirty and humidity, everything just falls apart when we try to move it... Today I couldn't walk in the woods... I was stuck at home cz I am receiving the construction materials we need for the renovation of the old house So I did some of my favorite "Walk at Home" videos. Last year I started a new journey, still clinging to my personal goal of breaking my limits This came up in my FB memories: My goal is to be better than myself ๐ Every day a lil more. Without football, kids at home, no family walking on the beach or the park, I had to reinvent myself. So I started my own living room gym. 1 year ago Memories Me, mom and the kids enjoying lockdown, almost no one at the beach. Funny that I realize how much colder and windy the weather is this year, no way we could enjoy the beach like this with the present weather. On the Positive side, Portugal is finally out of "Dry", finally we had enough rain this winter and the rivers and dams are full with Precious Water Many ppl complain about the rain ... Probably will be the first complaining when there's tap waterโฆ

I went to a big sport shop today, mostly to buy stuff for my kids But also presented myself with some new Walking Shoes This is the most important item when you're a walker. Almost any cloth will do, as long as it's soft and flexible, but walking with the wrong shoes can make big damages on your muscles and skeleton Major problem I enconter is: Size - I wear a 36, very difficult to find in adult section Color: the simpler the better, but most 36 shoes come in ...
