Meditating makes me sleep as if I were on a cloud, so I sleep better and it also helps me get sleepy when I really don't have it, also for those days where anxiety doesn't let me sleep and I have to resort to that little stimulant for it.

Doing yoga also relaxes, the body is soft and wanting to sleep all night.
