Inspiring Evening Musings
Good evening everyone! Happy Hump Wednesday! How does midweek feels like? As for me, I’m just chillin’ around, less patients for home visit this week, so all good. I have heaps of “me time” and Netflix marathon going around in between.
I woke up early today for a morning walk, just so refreshing! I tried the route going up to the hilly part of our place, the route where I shared a horrible incident once in this article “A Blessing in Disguise.” Though there is a part of me that is still in fear, but this morning was just so wonderful and His word today was so inspiring that I could just brush off that tinge of fear aside and conquer it!
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness. - Lamentations 3: 22-23
Everything is just a prayer away. Sometimes we thought that we could no longer enjoy some small things in life because of fear and past traumas in life. But, NO. We have to face it one day and say that our faith is bigger than our fears!
Anyway, moving forward.
Walks can be a great opportunity to catch up with some old friends too. I had a chit chat with a high school friend while walking. She shared with me that soon they will be migrating to Canada with her husband and 2 kids. This has been their plan pre-pandemic and even though she’s happy that the processing went well and might be leaving soon, but still anxiety weakens her thinking that their chance of raising getaway money is mighty slim. The financial requirement just went up now when the doors opened up again after Covid19, they were even surprised to know about it, but then it’s a waste to cancel everything, so I guess they’ll just have to keep on pushing.
Sigh. I can totally relate to their predicament. I know that for the most of us, life froze during pandemic. It seems that we lost track of everything. However, we should not get discouraged. Life is like that. When you’re starting out again, the first small step back up the ladder is often the hardest and the most important. We only need to brave up and persevere that we are doing this not only for ourselves but also for our family. So, yes! Let’s just keep on pushing.
I left her with my all-time-favorite verse:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” - Proverbs 3: 5-6
I hope you got this verse inspiring too, and seize every challenge with courage and determination, knowing that you are not alone. xo

Plano ko din po sana na kapag nagkafamily na ako ay sa ibang bansa din talaga tumira. Anyway ang ganda po ng verse na nandito sa article, sobrang nakaka inspired po talaga.
