The Money Is in the Numbers
I don't know any successful person or organization who doesn't value people. The success of anything you do in life is dependent on PEOPLE.
Big brands like Apple, Samsung, MTN, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Indomie, etc, never get tired of Advertising.
Why?
People don't care how good you are at whatever you do. If you're not SEEN, you won't be rewarded. It's that simple. If you have a skill or sell some products/services online, one simple hack to make money is to REACH more people with what you have to offer.
If friends and family members are the only people SEEING what you have to offer your days of struggling to make money online/offline are not ending soon.
Rich people always work on reaching more people.
Get what you have in the face of more people and you do make more sales.
Stop looking at the huge money people are making online. Start looking at the number of people they are working on reaching with what they offer.
Simply put: The money is in the numbers.
The number of people who know you and what you do determines the number of sales you will make over time. Whether you have digital or physical products, you need "people" to buy them. This is one major reason people are afraid to start a business or sell something.
In the online space, new or old, it is very frustrating if you do not have the right people to sell to. Getting these people who need the solution you offer is not so hard.
This is what experts call lead generation or audience building. It's a skill you must learn on its own.
You need more people to see your physical or digital offers to be able to make more money. However, nobody wants to deal with a quack. If you don't use good graphic designs to showcase your offers, you will struggle with getting ATTENTION. Another skill to learn or pay for.
More attention = more lead generation = more money.
If you intend to make more money online get comfortable with spending some money on advertisements. There is no magic to this thing. Spend money on getting more people to see your offers to improve your chances of making more money.
If you can't spend money on your business, why should the business make you money?
Change is a constant something. But my question is, who and what are you changing to?
In life and business generally, one of the things you should change is not the rules but "strategies" to achieve that desired result.
The first step to starting a business is considering risk. Without it, you can't do business. Then the second step is to invest money. Without consuming a pretty amount of money on business is not possible that business would give you high output. According to economics money is everything. So you have a good plan to use it.
