Last Sunday, when I heard my father talking to our relatives through phone. They are discussing about my Tiyo(father's uncle) who is in the hospital as of now. It started when my Tiyo was cutting some trees in their backyard. He stepped into a sharp thing, which they think a broken glass, as they haven't seen it. It begins with a small wound, but the before the day end his feet started to grow bigger until it swollen and now looking like a decaying skin.

They bring him to the hospital, but the doctors don't findings about what happened to him, they still wait for another day but still none. So my uncle(Tiyo's son) call my father and said that Tiyo might be a victim of witchcraft. My father also agree, and also a big chances that he might hit some entities while cutting the tree.

My father knew a healer in our area, so he contacted him right away and asked if he could come to the hospital to check on his uncle. According to the healer, the first step is to determine whether Tiyo was truly a victim of black magic. He suggested that we try facing Tiyo's palm upward, stretching it, and measuring if the two arms are equal. If they're equal, Tiyo has a health issue or infection; if they're not, he's a victim of witchcraft or a spiritual entity.

What happened to Tiyo reminds me of the tactics that our teachers use in school.

I was in second year highschool when I first encountered stealing inside the classroom. It was a regular morning, having our discussion when one of my classmate started to cry as her cellphone was gone. Our teacher told her to check her bag again, but still there's none.

In order to found the phone, our teacher check every bags of ours. Even if you're innocent you can still feel scared, thinking that maybe someone put the phone inside your things.

The phone was still missing at the end of the day, so our teacher gave the thief two choices for returning the phone. For the first option, the thief must return the phone first thing in the morning, what he need to do is to put the phone secretly in the teacher's drawer. Second, our teacher will wait until no one is on campus in the afternoon before, she will wait student who stole the phone to present himself. Our teacher will hide the student's identity and allow that student to explain why he did the act. Aside from these two options, our teacher warned that if that student does not return the phone before the next day end, our teacher would go to Master and ask him to punish the thief, it will turns the hands of the thief to paralyzed or, his hand will decay while worms coming out in the his hands.

Fast forward…

The next day, early in the morning, my early-bird classmates saw that the phone had already been placed in the last row. There's also a letter under the phone, saying he is sorry and that he won't do it again. We already know who took the phone based on the letter's penmanship. We told our teacher about it, and she advised us to keep it a secret so that the situation won't grow bigger; the main thing was that the phone was returned.

Did you observed that some people are more scared of sorcery than God in doing bad things? Like they are more scared in worldy punishment than suffering after life. But then, it's not my main point here, but to share the tactics of most teachers in public school when stealing happened.

The same thing when I was in fourth year highschool, the thief that time was so obvious. All the witnesses point that she is the suspect. When our teacher was scolding in front, she's the only one who cannot look in our teacher's eyes, like she's uncomfortable in her chair. Yes, she also have a Kleptomania; for those who don't know, this term refers to a person who's habit is stealing, it's a mental disorder in which they cannot control theirselves in stealing. Taking things even they don't need makes them relieved.

Just like the technique what my second year teacher did, she also tell the whole class that whoever stole the money, his/her hand will decay.

First, I never knew about the difference in the length of arms if there is a presence of black magic. In India, they say the person who is witch have turned around feet (that is 180 degrees reversed)

And, about that teacher's incident, I think that can only be applied to kids because adults already know that there's no such thing as that, decaying or worming of skin.

This mental disorder Kleptomania is something I have known since I was in class 5th, actually these mental disorders I hear a lot from my brother he has studied it all.

Yes, it's just the tactic of the teachers to scared their students. But it's true that their are black magic which can turn that to reality.

Something similar to that happened in my class back in highschool. Something got missing and the teacher promised to seek spiritual help in finding i. The thief dropped it the next day ,meanwhile the teacher was only bluffing.

Sa Pinas kasi sis sa panahon ng pre-colonial, they believe more in animism. They thought that the world has its own consciousness. They believed that the sun, the moon, stars, stones, trees, mountains, water, animals mga ganyan has a hidden power quickened the spirit kaya cguro until now may mga naniniwala pa din jan instead of God. Some of my Wiccan friends do and I respect their beliefs.

Once a thief, always a thief. There are people who cannot stop their selves from stealing even if they are already caught.

Welcome dear :). And black magic is a reality, many people do this magic for their own benefit without thinking that Allah (God) is watching. Actually The conscience of such people is dead.

I hate those guys who do that. As a Muslim person I have full trust in Allah. I love my creator.

I agree, the moment that they plan it, their heart and mind already blocked the conscience.

I almost stopped sympathising with her until you mentioned kleptomania. The thing is that people take God's mercy for granted while they know that sorcerers won't spare you even in the short run.

Kleptomania is really a terrible thing. Those ways you mentioned in catching a thief is very common in our culture too. There was this popular madman in my area that they said stole a sum of money and a spell was cast on him by his own brother through back magic. His elder brother never knew he was the thief. And you know, a thief never agrees that's he's the thief unless he's caught

Witchcraft is branch of sorcery and it is fact that it has existence. I have believe as our holy books also recognised it . I am not sure that your uncle has some witchcraft elements but we can't ignore this aspect too . It is quite possible that some worm biting along with cut on foot happened.

Being a klepto is a psychological thing that can be helped, siguro if detected at an earlier age. Did your Tito fully recover? Was he infected or was it caused by a witchcraft?

I think there's really kleptomatic person which can't stop themselves from stealing, i was like that before but I steal food on our refrigerator, in our province we always ask for permission before cutting trees or visiting unknown areas since there might some entities lurking that we didn't see. I believe that your tiyo need to go back from the place where he cut those trees and offer food and also apologize.

Boo, those who don't visit my posts will have decaying nails. Haha .Back when I was kid, my teachers and parents used to threaten me like that, when I didn't listen to them. If there's is God then there's evil also according to me. Rest everyone is free to have their own opinion. But that Kleptomania is a hell like disorder. Man I feel sad for those who have this disorder. They aren't theives but the world sees them as thieves.

I'm also sorry for what happened to your brother, indeed I often hear stories like this at first I didn't believe it but after I followed what happened then I understood that demons work in various things and it was proven when your friend felt unbearable pain when we took him to the hospital but strangely when the doctor checked him the doctor said that he is normal and no disease. Incidents like this are very real and when my friend was under prayer he said that our friend has accepted the work of Satan through irresponsible humans. It's ironic that only a prayer we will thwart Satan's ways.

Brother? No, it's my father's uncle :) But indeed, there are cases that doctors can't explain what happened to our body, and the first thing that will comes in our mind is the black magic. Yet, prayer is more powerful.

ohhh ... I'm sorry my friend turned out to be your uncle. that's how black magic works but remember when we are in God's protection there is nothing that will disturb so be strong and strengthen the faith.
