Give Up What Weighs You Down

You wake up in your room and you feel a different ambiance in the surroundings. The morning light feels so gloomy than the usual. The singing of the birds in the morning doesn't travel in your ear anymore. The cold breeze is like a neutral air roaming around the world. And your morning coffee tastes bitter unlike what it used to be. In short, things have changed in a snap as you wake up and you can't do anything about it.
Change is inevitable. We can't be the happiest person in the world most of the time. On the positive side, we can't always be the saddest person on earth especially when we experience the blue side of life. Life just go around a cirle, sometimes we're on the upper part of life, and then we travel to the lowest part of it. These experiences both bring something good in our lives if we know how to handle them. They will take us far if only we will embrace them positively.
Moreover, right now, you may be pressured or you may be down and you don't know how to handle them. It seems like you're carrying the world world and you can't look for people to help you as it weighs so heavy. You're blinded with darkness and you feel like no one's there to helo anyway. Needless to say, you even start mocking yourself. You feel like you can't do anything good in this world. It seems like you will never be on the good side of life; the brighter side of it. In a nutshell, you are bruising yourself with your own thoughts. And little did you know that it's giving more weigh in your heart.

Our mind is a traitor to us in someway. It makes us think of things we are not. It drives us to say hurtful words with ourselves especially when we can't control what we're thinking and we are allowing it to shift to negativity. With that, we have to train our minds to think positively; to shift on a different channel when things are starting to get gloomy in our minds. We have to convince ourselves not to indulge on the negativity that our minds are extracting, instead, we should keep those negativity stuck out of nowhere for it not to visit our minds anew. Not to mention, those thoughts, if we can handle rightly, will help us unload all the weighs that we are carrying and will take us to a better place.
My heart is so full thinking about the positive and generous people surrounding me. You have made me the happiest and I feel grateful for that.
Accept and Love Yourself
Sometimes, this is so hard to instill in our minds. It's hard to love ourselves when we have so much things we don't like about us. It's hard to think that we are enough when we can see a lot of flaws that others don't have It makes us feel down or sad and we don't know how to handle it.
Just so you know, it's important for us to accept ourselves whatever we have. We have to accept that we have flaws and we are not perfect. We have to accept that this is our reality and we can't live the life of others. If we will be able to accept ourselves freely, we can then learn to love ourselves more. We can learn to love every bit of us that we can no longer think that we are not enough. We can learn to love ourselves freely when we take down all the negative thoughts we have for ourselves.
Release the Pressure and Keep Moving Forward
No matter how rocky the path may seem, we should go and keep moving forward towards the path that we wanted to take. It's true that we feel pressure, we have so much doubts with ourselves, we even feel like we can't achieve great things in life, but those things are only negative words from your mind which is not you. Release all the pressure that you have in your heart, and keep moving forward to your dreams. One day, your future self will be grateful at you for staying firm in your goal to walk the path no matter how stormy it may seem.
Stay Positive in Life
Staying positive is a must. But I also agree that we can't be positive all the time. However, we should not allow ourselves to stay on that side no matter what. We should shift to the brighter perspective. Because what truly happens is that, whatever you think will be attracted in your life. So think positively, and you will see that things will be brighter in your life.
Closing Thoughts
It's indeed so hard to face the world if we feel like the world is against us in someway. But then again, that feeling is created because of the thoughts we have in mind. To be honest, that's not the reality, but since our minds are extracting it, it feels like the truth. Not to mention, if we want to fly, we should learn to give up the heavy feeling in our hearts. We should accept ourselves, love ourselves, release the pressure we are carrying, and keep moving forward. One day, we will be able to see the positive result and we will be grateful for that.
Stop holding on to that heaviness in your heart, it's not worth carrying for. Release them and you'll feel a great relief.
