It has been over 4 days now that we have had power failure in my area and it's beginning to get frustrating. I still manage to charge my power bank in my neighbor's place who always puts on his generator at night but the few hours of power the generator provides isn't enough to properly charge my power bank, so I had to carefully manage my phone's battery during the day.
Today has been mostly unproductive for me as a spent a major part of it watching movies on Netflix and by the time I realise I needed to come up with an article, writer's block showed up instead π but I already resolved I won't be missing any day this month without publishing an article, so I decided to go with the "This or that" article I saw yesterday by @JRamona20 and it's travel-related! π
Boats or Airplanes
I haven't been on either of them before but I think I will prefer airplanes. I have a feeling I won't like the experience of traveling on a boat because of its constant wobbling as it's been carried by water currents, I am definitely going to get seasick (I already am just thinking about it π).
Airplanes on the other hand won't give me that issue, although I know it still has their challenges like air turbulence but I don't think I will compare that to the wobbly effect of boats. At least the turbulence in airplanes won't be there all the time, but the wobbling of boats is pretty much there till you get to shore. π.
Airbnb or Hotel
Who also didn't know the meaning of Airbnb? Put your hands up let me see π I had to Google the meaning because I have heard of it before but didn't really know what it means. Airbnb stands for "Air Bed and Breakfast", a service that lets property owners rent out their spaces to travelers looking for a place to stay. (According to q4launch ).
It's exactly what you're thinking; you will be renting an apartment while you travel to a place. So now, will I prefer that or a hotel? Definitely a hotel. They both have their pros and cons but I will have to go with a hotel because I want access to services that are provided in hotels (like spas, massage centers, etc).
Beach or Snow
Definitely beach. Just sitting down under a shade with a cocktail drink in my hand while facing the ocean, why will I ever trade that for snow? π What exactly am I going to do with the snow? Have a snowball fight? Nah, the beach is the preferable option in this case.
City or Mountains
This is a weird one, do they mean living on a mountain? That will be interesting if it's going to have electricity and all other basic amenities as we have in the city, anything short of that and I will stick to living in the city.
Adventure or Relaxing
I have actually answered this exact question in another travel-based random article and I am still going to stick to my previous answer: relaxation. I am not really a big fan of adventure and I tend to be lazy most time π so I rather opt-in for relaxation anytime I am traveling, that will be my major aim (unless if it's a business trip).
And that's the end of it! Articles like this are always a lifesaver and I got a couple more of them bookmarked safely for a rainy day when I have nothing to write. Feel free to use this one whenever you're passing through writer's block and don't forget to save or bookmark it π
Thanks for reading πππ
