Benefits of massage to our body
Hello guys! How are you today? I hope everything goes fine and according to what you plan. Today for me is good though tired of the whole day's work lol, actually I'm not that busy earlier, I just did a two-hour straight Swedish massage to my regular client. Thankfully, she gave me a good tip lol.
Since some of you or all of us had done so many during the new year celebration though it was more than a week already, I know everyone was stressed and got body pains from those sleepless nights due to parties everywhere. Some for sure had the out-of-town getaway that they needed to travel for many hours to reach their prospective destinations. By this travel can cause muscle aches and cramps too.
Tonight/today I am happy to share with you the benefits of body massage to our body to obtain that beautiful feeling and a relaxed mind. I gathered some information from trusted articles as a basis and supported it with my own experienced.
BENEFITS OF MASSAGE:
Reducing stress and increasing relaxation.ย
During your massage, you can relax like a King, just let your therapist do the job to release all the tensions from your body tissues. I personally before the massage session advise my client to forget all their worries while in the massage room to obtain the no-stress moment and this will help them relax and sleep. This way, you help your body to its healing. Because having your massage but still up and worrying won't help, you can't appreciate the service because your thought and attention was everywhere, and it might affect the way the service is delivered.
In some instances, I encountered some clients who are using their phones and attending to their businesses while in the massage bed. I can't focus on my work because their body was contradicting every pressure that I inserted, their unnecessary body movement dissolve the flow of energy and continuous strokes. That uneasy client is so annoying,(facepalm). Then at the end, they will complain that they didn't feel the massage! That they did not relax! Ugh! That's a big slap to us after we exerted much effort to do our job with the best we can.
Reducing pain and muscle soreness and tension.ย
This will apply to athletes and hard-working men and women out there, I mean those work that needs strength to carry on that specific task. Like for example our athlete's runner that runs for a mile in an hour or plays basketball or soccer. Or those grab riders who did their work driving the whole day. Or the likes that it might result in muscle soreness and pain.
Having a massage after those tiring works is a great help to reduce and relieve the pain of the muscles. Mild or soft pressing is the basic stroke and pressure for this so as not to surprise the sore muscle. After the muscle feels relaxed the therapist can gradually add pressure to release the tension in the muscle tissues. We frequently advise our clients who suffer this kind of issue not directly get a massage right after. They need to at least rest for an hour or two to prevent the contraction of the muscle during the massage.
Improving circulation, energy, and alertness.ย
This is for those people who spend most of their time sitting and with less movement or exercise. This is also for those who have an illness, or suffering from Insomnia, low back pain, nerve entrapment, poor circulation, stress and anxiety, and more.
Lowering heart rate and blood pressure.
Usually, before the massage, we assess our client of previews history of their health issues such as recent operations, high blood pressure, skin allergies, etc. This is done to know those parts to be treated or where to focus the manipulation of muscles or where is the part to be avoided when doing the massage.
The heart rate of the person is lowered as well as blood pressure through massage because of the relaxing effect of each stroke and manipulations in which gives a calming sensation to the whole system of the body.
However, there are circumstances or situations in that massage may be harmful. You can ask your Doctor's advice if you are suffering from some illness before going to a massage session.

Bet ko tlaga eto sis kung wla lng siguro akong labahin bkw twice a week ako nagpapa massage. Di kasi ako nliligo after ko mgpa massage.
