Yesterday I bought a whole watermelon for our Easter Sunday gathering. Only a portion of it was consumed. So today, I made a fresh fruit salad. Do you see what's wrong with my glasses? Yeah it is not level. I noticed this late Sunday night when I still cannot see clearly while wearing it and it easily falls off my nose. Since I don't have the time to have it repaired, I clipped the other side to my hair making sure that they are level in my eyes. 😁 Will have it repaired on Friday as it is a holiday. 😁

Got a surprise from my sister tonight. This is Chicken Kani Salad from S&R. Kani refers to crab sticks. But these are made from ground meat called surumi. Surimi is a fish that is minced to make a gelatinous paste, flavored and formed into sticks. 😁 I'm doing my research. 😁

My aunt mentioned one time that she drinks malunggay tea. She just sun dried the leaves in the morning and make tea in the afternoon. I tried to make one myself today as the sun is so hot and surely will dry the leaves fast. I then added ginger slices as I love ginger tea. Now I don't know how to drink this. 😁😂 I'll let it cool a bit and will remove the bits of malunggay leaves. 😁 Any suggestions on how to go about those floating leaves for next time?

Eating healthy tonight. Utan Bisaya is a simple Filipino dish of boiled vegetables. Vegetables like squash, gabi, okra, eggplant, malunggay and malabar spinach are boiled together, seasoned and served hot. So nutritious. With fruits on the side. Am leaving the grapes for now as it is very sour. 🍇😊

These two are being punished by their furmom. They both managed to escape their cage when their mom opened it to pass thru. There are still leftovers from the supermoon the other day. It is still a large moon but it's light is not as shiny as it was during its full moon. Because of the long queue at the National ID registration, we were not able to go home early to prepare for lunch so we drop by the mall to buy ready to eat food. We got liempo and roasted chicken. Happily we had our tummy full.
