We pilipino's love coffee in morning when we wake up we always find the taste of coffee and when we are also awake and when we need to wake up all night especially for those who work at night with medical students, doctors also like to drink coffee.

How coffee keep us awake, in our brain we have adenosine receptor it seems to attach to our brains when we are sleepy. Our body releases a chemical call adenosine when adenosine attaches to the adenosine receptor we are sleepy, but when you drink caffeine chemical content of coffee, the coffee can attach to the adenosine receptor. When it attaches to the adenosine is no longer attached to the adenosine receptor so we will not be feel sleepy when too much coffee we drink or drink in a day can cause bad effects on our health, but if the amount of coffee we drink a day is correct it will not be bad but it will still have a good effect in our health.

Here are some benefits when the amount of coffee we drink is right.

If you ask how many cups of coffee can be drunk a day according to the study 300-400mg of caffeine per day so this is only three cups of coffee per day for the amount of coffee we drink is safe, just one cup or two cups of coffee a day is enough. You can also have frequent bowel movements or go to the comfort room to reduce it when we drink coffee.

So it is important that we remember these effects on our health when we overdose on coffee. So we should not stop drinking coffee, but just moderation or control not to drink too much coffee a day, so that we get the benefit and we do not get the bad effects when coffee is overdose in our body.
