Next step add the potatoes let simmer until the potatoes are cooked then cover, when boiling check to see if the potatoes are cooked. Next step is to put the chili leaf and because it is salted it will control the salt, This chili leaf, just dip the chili leaf so that it cooks evenly give it 1 to 2 minutes then the fish sauce chicken is cooked.
