Make Water your Go-To Morning Drink
I know majority of people don't know this, but there's much better way to start your day than drinking your cup of coffee. I am not saying that people should stop drinking coffee in the the morning, but it is not necessary to be the first thing you should or always do.
Instead of a cup of coffee, why not drink a glass of water first? By making this as a habit, you'll gain more benefits drinking water than what you get from drinking a cup of coffee.
Here are some reasons why you should drink a glass of water just after you wake up.
1. It rehydrates your body.
Imagine not drinking water for a period of 6-10 hours? That would already be too long for our body to go without any water consumption. That's what happens when we sleep. People often sleeps for a minimum of 6 hours, which means that there is also no water intake for that period of time.
But if you drink water first thing in the morning, you give your body a chance to rehydrate. Most people have their coffee first, but coffee doesn't rehydrate our body, in fact, it does the opposite. A glass of water is still the best way to jump start your day.
2. It helps the human brain to function well.
Did you know that our brain is mostly made up of water?
Yes, it is. In fact, the human brain is actually around 73% water. Water is needed in transporting nutrients to our brain. This should give you an idea on how important water is in keeping your brain healthy. Since you sleep for long period of time, you need to hydrate in order for your brain to function well. Thus, starting your day with a glass of water gives you a clearer and sharper mind all throughout the day.
3. Drinking water in the morning makes you feel refreshed.
There are times that when we get out of bed, we feel like we don't get that enough amount sleep that our body needs. We feel groggy, tired and still sleepy. Drinking a glass of water before those feelings set in is a great way to jump start your day. A refreshing glass of water can really revitalize you and makes your overall body feel more energetic.
So instead of getting your cup of caffeine, why not try to to drink a refreshing glass of water first?
4. Water keeps your skin clearer.
Drinking water helps on the release of toxins from our body, removing these toxins means that you have the chance to make your skin looks more healthy, glowing and clearer.
Dehydration can cause wrinkles, so a better way to prevent them from showing is to drink a glass of water everytime you start out your day.
5. Drinking water helps ease aches and pains.
Some people wakes up feeling headaches and some joint pains. These aches and pains can sometimes be caused by dehydration.
If you are feeling joint pain in the morning, drink a glass of water. Water helps to lubricate joints, thus reducing the pain you feel.
Conclusion
Our body is mostly made up up of water. Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body needs water to work properly.
While we should consider drinking water every time we wake up, that won't mean that we don't drink for the rest of the day. Hydration is very important. It is one of the biggest factor that our body needs to make it overall functional.
So stay hydrated folks!
Flirt Like a Pro: Psychologically Proven Ways On How to Flirt Successfully
Flirting, according to Wikipedia, is a social and sexual behavior involving spoken or written communication, as well as body language, by one person to another, either to suggest interest in a deeper relationship with the other person, or if done playfully, for amusement.
Well to make it short, Flirting is basically the art of showing your interest to someone, usually in a playful and fun way. For some people, flirting comes naturally. These are the pro. Flirting is much like nothing for them, easy-peasy as they say. But for others, flirting seems like an impossible thing to do. And if you are one of them, it's okay, because anyone can improve their flirting skills. It's never too late to step up your game. Knowing the right way to flirt can mean the difference between creeping someone out and actually getting a date with them.
The best thing about flirting is that you don't have to be a supermodel in order to be successful at it. (Though it's a huge plus if you are LOL). You just have to know how to act and when to act. Here are some of the proven ways to help you get started so you can flirt like a pro in no time.
**1. Maintain eye contact**
Eye contact is a powerful connection between two human beings. Being able to recognize and respond to it, whether verbally or in terms of understanding what it means, is a big part of human interaction. Strong eye contact is both how women see confidence in men, and is the first step in forming a personal connection.
Maintaining eye contact is a powerful form of communication for humans. In cinema, the initial moment of eye contact between two potential love interests plays an important role in the plot. After all, the eyes are often considered the windows to the soul.
**2. Be Funny**
If you think you are someone who ins't blessed with looks, then that's sad. But it isn't the end for you, you can still do something in order for you to look good and increase your level of attraction, especially when you are flirting.
Be funny. Humor is one of the most attractive trait someone can have. In fact, the idea that women love a man that can make them laugh is an almost universal cliche. But what doesn't get said is how humor helps increase attraction.
**3. Smile**
Never forget to smile when you are talking to someone you're interested with. Smiling makes you more attractive. A smile is to flirting while air is to breathing. Without it, flirting is impossible. Smiling draws people in and makes them feel welcome. People who frown, grimace, or appear depressed or angry at the world turn people off.
You shouldn't assume that everyone who smiles at you is flirting with you. However, you can tell a lot about a person's intentions toward you and interest in you from the manner in which he or she smiles when interacting with you.
**4. Confidence is the Key**
The first three ways are useless if you don't have this, probably the most important. Confidence is either something you have or you don't. It is one of the most attractive quality a person can possess.
Ever wondered why some people flirts so easily? It's because they are confident. People are attracted in many ways to a confident person. From sexual attraction to platonic friendship attraction.

Don't Fear Rejection
Rejection is painful.
Rejection hurts. And it hurts no matter how you get rejected or no matter who rejected you. Most people wanted to belong and connect to others, especially to people they care about. Feeling rejected by those people and believing you aren’t wanted — whether it’s for a job, dating, or friendship — isn’t a pleasant experience.
The pain? The pain cuts deep. It is sometimes even painful than any physical pain we've felt. That's why many people dread and even fear rejection. If you've experienced it once or a few times, you probably remember how it hurts and you worry about it happening again.
But should we always be afraid of being rejected? The answer is a big **NO.** We shouldn't fear rejection. Below I listed things which I think the reasons why we shouldn't fear rejection.
1. Your fear of rejection holds you back.
Maybe you decided not to ask someone out on a date because you were afraid the object of your affection would decline. Or perhaps you didn’t apply for a coveted job because you were worried you wouldn’t get it. Just the thought of being rejected holds us back. It holds us back from doing things we should be doing. When we hold back, we miss out so many opportunities. Because you are afraid of rejection, you try to eliminate any risk of it from your life thus it prevent you from exploring new opportunities.
2. Successful people got rejected more than anyone.
Who don't want to be successful? I know almost everyone aims to be successful someday. But how can you be one if you are afraid? You are afraid of failure, afraid of being rejected, you are afraid of being hurt.
Successful people gets more than anyone because they aren't afraid of rejections. They are willing to take risks. They embraced failure.
True failure isn’t being rejected, it’s giving up or not trying. The more you get rejected, the less it will bother you. Once you can treat rejections as a necessary step on the most direct route toward success, you can ask for anything at any time, without limit.
Fear of failure and rejection is the greatest enemy of success.
**The Bottom Line**
Rejection isn't something we should be afraid of. In fact, we should get used to it. So get out there, be bold, make a few mistakes, make some slightly outrageous requests, and don’t worry about what people think. In business, in dating, in relationships, in life, the more you ask for, the more you get. Act like you don’t expect to be rejected but that even if you are that you don’t care. As long as you don’t break the law, your “failures” won’t go on your permanent record, and you’ll succeed a lot more.

What does Success really mean?
People oftentimes holds a very narrow definition of success. They think it's all about getting rich, having the perfect relationship, or having a billion dollar business. Most of the times, they attach famous people to their image of success.
Those people weren't wrong. It's how they define success. In fact, if I was also personally asked what's the meaning of success, I would've answered the same.
But while writing this article, I have been wondering, Is success really all about wealth? Do someone needs to get rich to feel successful?
***What does SUCCESS means to me?***
Here's my take. Growing up, I always believe success is being able to achieved and accomplished all your goals in life. But one thing I've realized is that there is more to that. It is not just about that. What's the sense of having accomplished your goals if you are not happy? If what you've done isn't what you like? This is true nowadays, especially to newer generations. Some parents decide for their children's future without taking into considerations what their children really wants. I know some people who are like that, they are force to take a career path which they really don't like but they have to because their parents want them to. Yes, you may be super rich someday, you may be a doctor, an engineer, or a pilot someday, but would that make you happy?
We must set our goals, objectives and trajectories based on what we desire, not what someone else wants for us.
True success is being able to achieve something with happiness in our hearts. Success really isn't about getting rich, it is about getting to feel that genuine happiness, the feeling of fulfillment because you are doing what you love to do. If we fail to do what we love and pursue someone else's path, we may end frustrated and unhappy. That isn't success at all. Bruce Lee once said:
**“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself; do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it.”**
For me, the path of success begins with asking yourself, "***What makes me happy***?".

Keep Moving Forward!
No matter how many challenges you face, no matter how many times you failed, and no matter how much it hurts, keep moving forward. Trust me, all the hardships you are experiencing right now will be worth it. Keep pushing until you reach your goal.
Learn to rest but don't stop. No matter how slow you move, no matter how small the steps you take, as long as you don't stop, you will be where you want to be.
Successful people fall down once but they get up twice.
Don't give up. Keep pushing. Keep moving forward.
It's Okay To Not Be Okay
Do you have those days where it seems like nothing's going your way? You suffer heartbreaks, you experience failure, you got fired, or you lost someone you love and the pain feels like it's breaking you down. Bad things happen after another. And another, and another.
But you still smile.
You try to keep on smiling because you think you're strong, that you have to be strong at all times.
You think you are not allowed to cry, that you shouldn't be crying because you are okay. You look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are okay. Are you really okay? You are not. Stop pretending that you are.
It's okay to not be okay.
It's okay to feel pain. Pain is what makes us strong.
It's okay to cry. Cry yourself until there's no tears left out to cry.
"Even the best fall down sometimes" - Howie Day
Yes. Even the strongest person you could think of suffer. They did cry. They did feel pain. But all these are part of life. Fall once and get up twice.
We all have good and bad days. No one can be perfectly happy all of the time, that is not human. We should show who we really are. It is when we learn to accept our weakness that we'll have the chance to become stronger. It’s a strange thing, but sometimes it can feel safer to stay with a pain we know than embrace the pain of walking away.
**“Love yourself—accept yourself—forgive yourself—and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.” ~Leo F. Buscaglia**
Through the events in our lives, good and bad, we learn who we are and what makes us tick. It’s not about creating happily ever after—it’s about taking it one step at a time and accepting that we’ll go through times when we won’t feel happy.

"Sorry, wrong number", says a familiar voice.
What Life Means to You?
What life really means? Does the word "LIFE" really has meaning? Well for me, life has no meaning. Life is meaningless.
Yes. Life is meaningless if you let it stay meaningless.
For me, the meaning of life is what you make of it. It is how you live it. Life is self seeking. Life wants to see more of itself. It is self seeking. Like reality, it has no definite meaning - it is bland; you have to create meaning; it is you who give meaning to life.
To see the real meaning of life, we have to live it with purpose. Live life with goals. Live every days of your life like it's gonna be your last. Stop wasting time to sh*ts and focus on what can make you happy.
Life is short. Live it happily and live it to make others happy.
Even the prettiest flowers can be poisonous.
Laziness = No Success
Got a lot of things to do but you don't feel like doing anything? You are again stuck in your bed with your smartphone scrolling all over your social media accounts and your work keeps piling up. Another day ends, another unproductive day wasted.
Let me tell you one thing,
***Laziness won't get you anywhere.***
If you have lots of things to do and you think you still have lots of time, **THINK AGAIN.**
If you're someone who aims to be successful, you need to do something about it. Being lazy won't help you. Success isn't something that is easily achieved, success is something you work hard for.
