Good day guys. How are you doing today? I trust that you're doing very great. Happy Sunday to you.

Let's do a fast recap of yesterday's article.

Stubbornness or hardness to correction from leaders and mentors cause so many things like loss of favour, rejection, regrets, pain. We need to learn to be humble enough to learn and correct ourselves from any wrongs that we're being corrected from by our leaders.

Although it's not everytime we have to accept correction and advice right away. But we are meant to take time, be open-minded, reflect on the reason we're being corrected and how we'll benefit from the corrections.

It's hard to learn if you have an attitude of resisting correction. I gave an example of a friend I once had that insisted that he was right about a particular subject despite the many errors I showed to him. I also showed him other concrete facts that proved that he was wrong. He denied all. This went on for some time until he could not longer deny that he was wrong. When we are able to learn and correct ourselves when corrected, It is a very good attribute of maturity.

In our journey to becoming better persons and leaders, it is important and wise of us to seek immediate correction from our leaders and mentors whenever we're wrong or make a mistake. We should make it a lifestyle to correct ourselves because growth begins with self-correction followed by determination, cooperation and dedication.

Whenever we're corrected by our leaders, it shows that we're not perfect which is a fact for everyone and that there are other ways to do things better. Successful people admitted that one of the reasons they made it was because some other people helped them to realise their mistakes and to correct themselves and they corrected themselves instead of being stubborn. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have mentors or leaders that will inspire them to change or to correct the wrong things in their lives, therefore we should ensure to make good use of our mentor's correction.

If you're stubborn and being corrected by others, don't immediately reject their corrections nor ignore them.

Let's move to today's article now.

There's power in words. We can use our words to uplift someone, to motivate them, to encourage them when they're feeling down. But, with words, we can also do very dangerous things to people. We can demoralize someone with our words. We can make someone lose faith with our words. That's why it's so important for us to learn to speak words that will heal and encourage people at all times. Words have the power to change lives for the better - let's use them for good.

There are so many things that we can do with our words. We can motivate someone with our words, we can encourage someone with our words, and we can make someone feel good about themselves with our words. But, we can also do some very dangerous things with our words. We can demoralize someone with our words, we can make someone lose faith with our words, and we can send someone into a spiral of self-doubt with our words.

At all times, we should learn to speak words that will heal and encourage people. Our words are very powerful, and we should use them to build people up, not tear them down.

Speak words that heal and encourage - Our words are very powerful. By words we can motivate someone, we can use it to encourage someone that's feeling down. But, with words, we can do very dangerous things to people. We can demoralize someone with our words. We can make someone lose faith with our words. We should learn to speak words that will heal and encourage people at all times.

When we use our words positively, we can make a huge impact on the world around us. Let's choose to speak words of healing and encouragement to those who need it most.

Thanks for reading through. Happy Sunday to you. Have a great day.

As little as the mouth is, it has great impact, either positive or negative.
