Leadership by delegating task
Good day guys, how are you doing today? I trust that you're having a great day. Welcome to another weekend. This month seems very fast. You noticed that right?
Let's quickly have a recap of yesterday's article.
Every leader should be able to ask questions that is he should be able to ask questions from leaders above him. A good leader does not assume on things that he's not clear about or sure of. He must be very inquisitive.
It is questions that provide answers, which can even give birth to more questions that will in the end provide information that are useful to the leader.
No leader should not feel less of himself because he asks questions.
A leader should be able to ask questions.
A leader must ask questions from leaders above him and people he leads.
A good leader must be bold enough to ask ask questions when necessary.
When questions are asked, they provide clarity and leadership thrives on clarity.

One of the most important aspects of being a leader is being able to delegate your authority to others. This is necessary in order to effectively lead a team and get things done. Leaders cannot do everything themselves; they need to be able to rely on their team to help them achieve the organization's goals. This is done by delegating authority to leaders under them, who can then mobilize and motivate others to work. By doing this, the leader is able to focus on the bigger picture and less on the day-to-day tasks. Delegation of authority is a key requirement for effective leadership.
A leader is only as effective as the people he or she leads. To be effective, a leader must delegate his or her authority to leaders under him or her. This delegation will mobilize and motivate others to work towards the attainment of organizational goals. Leadership is not one man trying to do the work of ten people. It is one man getting ten people to work together to achieve organizational goals.
Leadership involves getting others to work towards achieving common goals. To do this effectively, a leader must delegate his authority to leaders under him. This allows those leaders to mobilize and motivate others to work towards the goals of the organization. By doing this, the leader can focus on setting the overall direction and goal of the organization, while those leaders under him handle the day-to-day operations. Delegation of authority is a requirement for effective leadership.
